You're demonstrating the very essence of racing. If you're not constantly struggling at the edges of grip and power, you're not really trying. Every turn, lots of little adjustments, a bit of a wiggle, all the trappings of someone dancing on the razor's edge of control. Excellent showing.
Dude, these Grand Turismo graphics are insane, they look so realistic. Glad you're doing more vr, makes the experience feel more irl ya know.

Honestly this is one of the things that I've wanted to see my whole life. Someone taking what they do in a video game and really going for it in real life. See if those skills truly do transfer! God I can't wait to see more of your IRL racing!

Well he IS doing something in motorsport and has been for a long time actually... This stuff doesn´t exactly come out of nowhere. But I agree that from my viewer perspective it looks like he´s a natural

Gotta sacrifice some texture quality and fps for that lovely path tracing
There's clearly still some of that fog effect used on early 3d games, I get that render distance is difficult in vr but come on... Even the skybox gets derendered at some points
9:05 the networking gets a bit strange at times
Brilliant video mate! When you see the whole team at the end standing next to that P1 board, you realise that the driver isn’t just doing this for themselves, they have a whole bunch of hard working guys and girls that they are doing it for 👍
HE'S DONE IT! Great race, really good awareness and good mentality to come back from the incident in qualifying and gain confidence and trust in the car.

Seeing you driving on track inspired me to do the same, so a month ago I went to my first track day - with the family wagon. Had the best time ever so I went and bought a ‘97 Porsche Boxster, and I’m having so much fun with it on track. It makes me so happy. Thanks Super GT for the inspiration! And Godspeed Scott Speed!

The commentary adds so much, I was trying to watch some real life, PoV races on youtube but all I found was raw, uncut, no commentary stuff and I am sure there's an audience for that as well, but for me it was like... watch one lap and then I am out. Where as here I could watch 8 hours of this.

If they add Silverstone to GT7 (which they should) they should make this daily race a or b in the Mazda touring car. It’s such a fun car to drive and I would love to do this race in GT7
