My grandpa has dementia but luckily he’s not at the stage yet that he doesn’t remember us but I know that day is coming soon and it just makes me so sad to think that he won’t remember us, or all the fun times we had. I know what happened to the mother in the 2nd film. When she found the new “bug,” she didn’t know that it was actually a parasite. The parasite bit her and she started to loose her memory overtime. Speaking as someone who has memory problems and constantly is forgetting things more and more and wondering how many years until I can't figure anything out anymore,
