I opened our new Breakfast kit and first time washing it by hand the release handle blade sliced my thumb very bad! I reported it to the safer products website and Blackstone. Blackstone wants me to ship back to them then they will send me a new one. I’m trying to see if all of them have razor blade metal to work release handle or was mine a flaw. Could you please write if your metal piece is sharp on all edges? This could have been very bad for my grandkids. No not looking to sue just trying to see if the design needs improvement or a fluke
Dam that sucks!!! Naw mine wasn’t sharp a bit scratchy maybe. Just a bit rust covered but who knows how long that sat on the shelf before i bought it. The wooden handle was super cheap and has given me splinters though :-/
