Magnesium and b12 changed my over all health widely. I had asked 3 years earlier that my dr check for vitamin deficiencies and all the checked was D and iron. Don't settle if you think it's a vitamins get checked

Last night after a series of 2k Cal work out (Zone 2 + HIT + Heavy wts then wet sauna) lots of sweat, I had been taking other vitamins like D3/K2MK7/Zn/B6-HCL but lacking Mg. I ended up /w one severe spasmodic fit late last night on my Hams, Quads all the way to glutes/obliques in excruciate sweating painful cramps. I immediate took a glass of Himalayan salt water (2Tbls) then Magnesium BisGlycinate the cramps got over and rest of the night was fully calm surprisingly. I realized the dire importance of Magnesium.

It's developed in a lab, but it's the only Magnesium that crosses the blood-brain barrier. It helps with sleep. It's also expensive compared to the other forms of magnesium.
Mg oxide is actually pretty good as it absorbs slower over a longer period of time and it's cheap. The other ones go through you faster and are expensive. If you can afford a combination that would be the best option. For me definitely the Mg Malate made me feel good energy and mood wise. But its expensive. Currently Trying out Mg Taurate. Haven't noticed or felt anything different on it.

I take a couple of forms but I love L-threonate for its ability to cross the blood brain barrier.

Yes, any cramps or muscle spasm is lack of magnesium, tremors are potassium deficiency I believe.

Magnesium oxide is underrated imo. Its cheap and your body does absorb good portion of it.
