Programs used: Procreate, Pencil 2D, and Firealpaca for the various art and Procreate dreams and Hitfilm Express for the various editing
Firealpaca and Pencil 2D are free on PC! Procreate is $10 and Procreate Dreams is $20 on apple devices. Hitfilm keeps changing wether they're free or not, so I don't know anymore.
