They arent allowed in my apartment complex either. I kept the box and just hide it in the closet when needed. I surround it with christmas and halloween decorations to keep it more hidden.
My landlord tried to say no to my washer (regular sized), sitting increase in the water bill. He even tried to charge me extra per month for it. Nope, I still have it! Now, on his end, he might be thinking water damage should the machine over flows, the drain tube mysteriously jumps from the sink, or some other kind of water leak (especially if not on the ground floor) but I don't believe any of it uses any more water than a dishwasher. Plus, it's not like you're going to run it nonstop for days.

I want to know what the dryer vent get up is I've never seen anything like that you didn't have to cut a hole in the wall to vent the dryer. Is that a special event for a dryer
You can definitely install the second tier of the rack backwards. That way you can turn the rack around flush against the wall and have room for the dryer hose which takes up a lot of room. The dryer depth is shorter than the washer so that would work out
They have even smaller ones you can just drain into your shower with a hose and it spin dries - no hook ups needed plug it in and start a load of laundry
I use my only with a bucket of water since none of the attachments fit my sinks. Also I don’t feel like moving the washer and dryer around. I really would like to hook this up to a sink but it’s not possible. None of my wash cycles will complete because there isn’t enough water.
I still haven’t found an adapter that fits my sink AND the connection hose that comes with the portable washer. I made a makeshift one but it leaks. So I fill with a bucket and drain into my toilet.
My dryer ventilation has the portable end you store water in it and it collects the lint honestly all the link gets caught inside the dryer lint catcher I clean out the kings and change the lint screen they sell them as they come in a package set

Hi, I would like to ask you something, when you use the normal program, how your machine do the rinse procedure?, because I notice that when I use the heavy program for example, in the rinse procedure the machine fills with water then moves a little and then drains the water (it does it 2 times because the heavy program has 2 rinses) to proceed to spin; but, in the normal program when it starts the rinse, what it does is while it's spinning, it adds a little water and continues spinning and that's all. It seems to me that it doesn't rinse well, but I don't know if my washer is defective or if it should be like that. Sorry if this is poorly written, I am learning English.
Mine rinse too times on the first rinse I add my fabric softener the water fills all the way up on large loads so depending on the load you have it set on it will fill the water to large load medium load or small load Maybe you have it set on medium to small load usually the water won’t fill up because it goes by the setting you have it on
I bought the Magic Chef stand from a seller on Amazon I think back in April. I first saw it listed on the Home Depot website, but found it cheaper from the Amazon seller. When it arrived, it turned out the Amazon seller merely had it drop shipped to my home from Home Depot. So even though I did luck out in the end, I find it very shady for third party Amazon sellers to list items they don't actually have on hand.

I just bought one. It got here yesterday. It's brand new but the drum is not spinning. You can hear the air coming in and out though. Did that happen to you. What am I missing?
No sorry mine works perfect from the start not sure why yours is spinning like that it’s really quite the only time you hear rattling is when the cloths are spinning these dryer works just like the regular home dryer just that it’s made portable for apartment units

Everyone talking about how to hook up a washer and dryer in an apartment but totally overlooking the fact that even small capacity dryers needs 240V because they guzzle down 5,000 watts of energy and blow it out of a 4" hole in the wall - or in this case, blow all that heat and moisture into a tiny plastic bucket crammed against the wall - that drywall will be totally rotten with mold in a month, guaranteed. This is why landleeches don't let clueless american consumers set things up like this... and yet *nobody* seems to know that ventless heat pump dryers exist that run on 120V, use 70% less electricity, and don't need a vent... pretty much guarantee no American knows what they even are, despite being the only type of clothes dryer you can legally buy in Switzerland since the 90s. lmao

Maybe you have it set on medium to small load usually the water won’t fill up because it goes by the setting you have it on
You can also switch the load size when your cloths is on rinse you change between large to medium to small rinse for a shorter rinse time

The plastic grey cover goes behind the washer it has corners for it to lock into it’s very easy to put on just slide it on into the slots corners
