  • Hello There!
Out of all the places within Redwood National Park, Bald Hill Road will show you in one ride that there is definitely more to see than just big trees.
    And as always,
I will be stopping at the best motorcycle friendly views, trails, lunch spots, and more!
    Thanks for riding along,
    Forrest
    Location:
40 miles North of Eureka California on US Highway 101within Redwood National & State Parks.

Would you consider putting a new camshaft and 16 tooth sprocket? How old are you? I believe you are 4-5years younger. And final question, how many miles now on you himmy? As always I have really enjoyed your videos, thanks.

Hi Hector, to answer your question, I would have to say no. Not that there’s anything wrong with that it’s just that I am not a mechanic, nor do I claim to be one. So I personally am not one to go changing things around at that level on my bike if you know what I mean. I’m 52 now and I did learn one thing from this trip to Canada. I would like a bigger bike for the next trip up. I love the Himalayan but sometimes you have to really crank out some miles on the highway unless you have all the Time in the world, which, unfortunately I do not.
The “Mudhorn” is rapidly approaching 25,000 miles and I just got it back from being in the shop from after the trip and I plan on doing a video covering that experience soon.
Thanks again for watching Hector 🍻😎

Did you have to turn around at the state park boundary because it was private property?

Nah, I was just wanting to focus on the part that was in the park,
The road keeps going and eventually drops down into the Hoopa Indian Reservation, which is not a problem and beautiful ride in itself.
Maybe I should make a video on entering the park from that side this winter 🤔
      Again, thanks for watching 😎
