Babies really do remember the music! We played music for my daughter when I was pregnant and one of the songs we played she would literally dance in my belly. When she was born we played it for her and she became so alert
Now that rissa in her third trimester be careful massaging her feet and ankles you could induce her so just do it lightly not much pressure 💯I learned that in school for massage therapy 💙💙

Yes, I've had to use them several time. They have different makes of the belts, and you just have to get the one that you feel comfortable with. They relieve alot of pressure from your pelvic area and from your back. It's a great investment in my opinion 👍🏾.

I played Mozart and rainforest sounds all the time while pregnant..the only thing that soothes her when she was cranky or crying…she still loves both almost 3 years later..she is above average on all milestones and everyone thinks she 4 already

I've used a maternity belt with my pregnancy and they work very well. You're supposed to wear it under your clothes.
