This will probably be buried so I'll make a confession: Whenever I get a package of plain M&Ms, I make it my duty to continue the strength and robustness of the candy as a species. To this end, I hold M&M duels. Taking two candies between my thumb and forefinger, I apply pressure, squeezing them together until one of them cracks and splinters. That is the “loser,” and I eat the inferior one immediately. The winner gets to go another round. I have found that, in general, the brown and red M&Ms are tougher, and the newer blue ones are genetically inferior. The fact that Moose senses when you get pregnant and becomes so attached to you most likely in a protective kinda way, just shows how much pets really know whats going on. Its so adorable! ❤️❤️
Compression socks will be a saving grace when you’re further along if you do get swollen feet. I swelled so much that I was at risk for blood clots and I wore compression socks everyday. They felt AMAZING but also help with blood flow. But you will need help taking them on and off as you get bigger 😅
They are good during pregnancy or if someone is just spends a lot of time on their feet OR if they sit a great deal without taking, particularly if they are overweight. The blood vessels in our legs have tiny valves in them that can get stretched during the stress of pregnancy even if we do not experience much swelling and that means problems AFTER pregnancy, especially as we age! Wearing compression socks helps prevent that and prevention is far better than trying to treat it after it happens!
So useful for the days after a c-section too. I swelled up after mine and having the socks helped them get back to normal about 9 days pp. I’m now 7 weeks pp and waiting for my rings to fit again though lol
I am a twin and my mom actually made it to 40 weeks! She enjoys telling the story that when she went to the doctor, the nurse heard she was 40 weeks and then stepped into the hall to call someone. My mom could hear her saying "yes she is 40 weeks with twins! Can you believe that!?" (something along those lines)

@@rachelx04 yeah i know, but think about how back problems would occur in a pregnant person because their stomach grows increasingly over a few months. a watermelon suddenly being tied to your stomach would cause a lot more strains, because it’s very heavy and hasn’t grown over a long period of time.
i saw the water bottle everywhere on tik tok and because i just recently found out i am pregnant i had to get it especially because i suck at keeping track and my fiancé likes to see the stickers and see how big the baby will get as we go through this journey.

I wear compression socks, the idea is the tightness keeps blood and fluid from pooling in your feet and causing them to swell/you to get lightheaded (or pass out).

The sock device is actually made specifically for compression stockings because of their tightness, it's supposed to make it easier but they definitely don't lol I'm a carer looking after both elderly and disabled people and I find it's easier to just do it myself! Just roll or scrunch the sock up before you put it on then roll it back up the leg :) hope that helps! xx

The “toy” that you’re supposed to use for exercise isn’t meant for pregnant women! They haven’t tested it yet so they don’t recommend it, it’s only for postpartum of before pregnancy but not during. If someone sees this could you tweet this at her cause that’s how she will most likely see it please!
@@Josefina24_ SO MUCH STUFF is just not tested on pregnant women because ethically, putting the baby (or babies, in this case!) at possible risk is just not okay. Can't eat sushi, soft cheeses, caffeine, alcohol; can't paint the nursery or go in the hot tub or clean the litter box... One article I found advised that you shouldn't sit OR stand for too long, so like... guess I'll just levitate then? I would think the only risk here would be potential introduction of bacteria, like any other sex toy, so with proper care and cleaning I would think it should be fine.
I really like watching you and Flynn trying craft projects. I enjoy you doing craft projects alone too, as well as with other adults. I would like to see how easy/hard the craft activity is compared to the instructions given or the video that was showing the craft idea. I would also enjoy videos about singing and how to do it well etc.

Hey Colleen! The sock device is actually made specifically for compression stockings because of their tightness, it's supposed to make it easier but they definitely don't lol I'm a carer looking after both elderly and disabled people and I find it's easier to just do it myself! Just roll or scrunch the sock up before you put it on then roll it back up the leg :) hope that helps! xx
@Elliana Anderson Hello! Thank you for that clarification! When I did my study about 6 years ago this is what we were taught but I love that it's become more useful with the rope (I've never seen one with rope!) so people can be more independent. Love it!

The “toy” that you’re supposed to use for exercise isn’t meant for pregnant women! They haven’t tested it yet so they don’t recommend it, it’s only for postpartum of before pregnancy but not during. If someone sees this could you tweet this at her cause that’s how she will most likely see it please!

@@brief402 it says on the website and in my comment that they haven’t tested it on pregnant women, for ethical reasons but it’s not recommended.
@@Josefina24_ SO MUCH STUFF is just not tested on pregnant women because ethically, putting the baby (or babies, in this case!) at possible risk is just not okay. Can't eat sushi, soft cheeses, caffeine, alcohol; can't paint the nursery or go in the hot tub or clean the litter box... One article I found advised that you shouldn't sit OR stand for too long, so like... guess I'll just levitate then?
I would think the only risk here would be potential introduction of bacteria, like any other sex toy, so with proper care and cleaning I would think it should be fine.

I love my sock assisting device. I don't think they're for compression socks, plus the opening of the sock should be pulled all the way up to the top of the device before entering your foot. Yes, I'm an expert at it. Love the tie dye dress. Peace and Love.
@Elliana Anderson i just think fresh compression socks usually need strong hands to put on- im a year away from my registration from nursing and fresh compression socks are still a nightmare to get on patients i struggle 😫
