I don’t know where they live, but where I’m from, and where I’ve gone, the men are allowed in the room and in the delivery room. If I had the interest in being pregnant I’d be the worst patient cause I’d want him in there and would be demanding it, I did not get pregnant by myself. But at least for the 20 week he’s allowed, if not “pregnant woman gone wild stay tuned on the 6pm news”😂

Yh the same happened with me and my husband when I was in labour and my mom was there too. They both had to wait outside up until the birth but I could only have one person and I chose my husband and my mom couldn't even be there. It was really hard but at the end of the day it's all worth it.
Wow for me they false positive me of COVID and rushed me out after birth and my bf wasn’t even allowed to come. He only dropped me off. After i took the test and it came back positive everyone started treating me bad and i gave birth and they told me its best i leave the next day in the morning. I took 2 covid test one rapid one regular (day wait) at separate locations the both were negative. I was just grateful to have a healthy baby and not have COVID they had me and everyone in my family scared. My son today is 7 months

I’m 19 weeks pregnant some drs office not even allowing that. my fiancé hasn’t been to one appointment but I did find private ultrasound places that are allowing the dads so he did get that experience and will be able to go to the 20 week anatomy scan also
It’s against the law to record or be on the phone during that time. I have two babies and tried it with my second baby due to COVID, the nurse showed me their policy and they had a sign in the room that I completely looked over. I hate that it’s like that.
I feel for Quan. I think that’s unacceptable to belittle fathers like that and say they can’t come in for one of the most important things in their life. I get covid but a lot of restrictions have been lifted and certain restrictions are understandable but to keep fathers waiting in the car during ultrasounds at this point is just plain wrong. Maybe not having like 3 or 4 people come with you but the FATHER being there to see his baby and be there for his significant other during her very first pregnancy is an extremely special and important thing and it’s just mind blowing and wrong.
