  • Today I've got the T-3 Series Power Rack from Titan Fitness. It's a great alternative to Rogue that offers similar performance at a much lower price.

    Exactly what I was hoping to get out of a review. Especially with the notes on the hardware. Thanks!

    I got my Titan T3 rack in the first spring of covid. It has been so awesome!! It is great that it fits my space perfectly, 82 in height and 36 in depth, which is great for squatting. Also, the depth helps to make it even more stable. It was easy to put together and was able to do it rather quickly. It makes me feel so safe to workout alone and it didn’t break the bank for me, mid $400s with the 4 plate holders and band pegs included. What a great price and probably less than half of Rogue.

      @peterchats9783 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s like $650 now :(

      @@peterchats9783 Titan had a sale 20 percent off this week. 600 for the T3 with package protection, fast shipping, pin safeties, NO band pegs (maybe in the box somewhere and unlisted?), 4 plate holders. Go with the X3. a little less than a hundred more, 3x3 uprights that will fit more accessories, 2 inch shorter shorty rack (80''), all the color options.

    Wife and I were looking at the T3, awesome review. We are gonna go this route due to price and many attachments.

      Its a beast. Titan also has a whole slew of reasonably price accessories.

    Great review. Have you found that this rack can withstand a heavy squats? Or if you had to bail out of a lift that it would handle it?

    Looks great. I received my T3 a few months ago and had to purchase the plate holders separately. Also picked up the lat pulley set and crossmember. Very satisfied with the price and quality. What flooring do you have?

    • @aaronstestlab

      Plywood and gym rubber tiles, did a video on it here: th-cam.com/video/89XBROmk7k4/w-d-xo.html

    You were very lucky to get those extras, band pegs, plate holders and pipe safeties...as you alluded to, Titan fitness no longer includes these on their racks (t3, x2, x3, Titan)...its shocking that they no longer include pin/pipe safeties...the t3 is unavailable at this time on Amazon, and if it ever comes back in stock, I would assume those extras won't be included...i just received an x3 rack and they forgot my pull up bar, jhooks, and one post was welded upside down :(

    • @aaronstestlab
      @aaronstestlab  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's too bad they mis-welded a part. Have you reached out? I had good luck with their customer service when resolving a shipping issue.

    • @el7145
      @el7145 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      They have been truly terrible! I emailed them in the weekend, so my issue got assigned to an overseas rep, I asked them to switch it to a USA rep, they refused...after a week of me constant emailing and calling and being ignored, the overseas gentleman finally got back and said he ordered the parts...his excuse for the delay, he was on holiday, why didnt it get assigned to someone not in vacation? Idk, but the customer service has not been good

    • @el7145
      @el7145 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh, the same day he got back to me was the same day he ordered the parts...he said the items would ship in 5-10 business days...so in essence I paid almost 700 for a rack, and have to wait weeks to use it, really frustrating...would I have been better off paying more for a higher standard of part quality and customer service, like rogue or rep fitness, quite possibly

    Aside from the welds being “ugly” does that affect it being sturdy? Thanks for the video

    • @aaronstestlab
      @aaronstestlab  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I assume you mean the T-shaped things about 8 inches long? If so, those are the band pegs. You put them in the holes in the rack in attach resistance bands to them
