Beautiful! You may want to get a "Steam Canner" which replaces the water-bath canning method. It processes for the same time but it's so much easier. Love ya from Ohio!

Love your cooking. Interesting facts: I live in Sweden and find it interesting to compare traditions and food culture. One thing that is very different is sugar, we use a lot less. On the other hand we use more salt.

Just a quick tip, if you add a tab of butter to your jam/jelly it helps with the foam. I love watching you.

I'm not a seasoned canner, however I just read something recently that said there was no safe way to can white peaches. They have a different ph then regular peaches 🤷‍♀️ I don't know the validity, just something you might want to look into

    Okay, 2 questions.
    1. Is it true with jam/jelly that if one doesn't seal well, you can store in the fridge for a month or two?? Or you have to scrap it?
    2. Why bottled lemon juice not fresh? Is there a purpose or it was convenient for you this day? Thanks! Love your channel, you feel like the Aunt i never get to see lol 😆 💕

When working with stone fruit boiling water blanch them just until you can see the skins pulling away from the fruit have a ice bath ready to cool the fruit and the skins will slide off. It's the same as tomatoes.
