The attention to detail in this game is insane
If only we could say that about the new dlc tracks
@@envvirothey have improved but the original courses are still far more detailed
In Thwomp Ruins, if you turn left after going down just before the finish line, you can see a dead Thwomp on a grassy field. Also, I can't see the mysterious face.

I found one! In Mario Kart Stadium, the flag on the first turn changes every time u play it. From Toad, Yoshi, Mario, and Luigi and Peach, I think

This is really an easter egg but its something I find weird. In Thwomp Ruins if you get past the Thwomps press X to look behind you then you will see that the Thwomps have faces on either side of them!

Yeah, because it's an illusion and there is probably a turn where you can't see it on the box... OH WAIT! They aren't facing the right direction! You can see the arrow sign in the back and if Mario and Peach aren't going backwards... It Bowser, Toad and Luigi! Or wait... Isn't it mirror mode being showcased

You can also see the ship from cloud top cruise in bowsers castle right before the giant bowser part

Regarding the Ultra Hand, Nintendo seems to have been making several nods to its past in the '10s, such as celebrating the Famicom's anniversary and doing the same for Luigi's anniversary in 2013, as well as putting the Ultra Series of toys (Hand, Machine, and Scope) in Animal Crossing: New Leaf as fortune cookie prizes during August fireworks festivals. (Get 'em while you still can until next year!) This year, in addition to the ones you mentioned, the pitchers in Rusty's Real Deal Baseball have Ultra Machines for heads.
(This may be only in deluxe) but in baby park you can see luigis mansion in the background

Hi TodoNintendoS ! I wanted to tell you that in the Sunshine Airport track, there's an Island with the shape of a Mario Star, with 2 little forests on this island, making the eyes of the star :)
Two things many people don't meantion!
1 - The pink, limousine like car (I forgot what it was called) is actually the same car from WarioLand, Shake It! Its Wario's car.
2 - SNES Rainbow Road is actually above Donut Plains 3! Having the same houses below it in Donut Plains, and both originating from the same game!

Another Easter egg you can see the bonus screens if you 3 star all tracks including DLC in the top left at 2:13
on sunshine airport behind the finish line looking right next to the track. You can see feather-holders holding the feather... a power up used in super mario world. If mario uses the feather he has a cape which can be used to fly or hit enemys

The "hand gribber thing" was actually a Nintendo toy, from before they made video-games if i recall correctly

One easter egg I recently just notice is that the beginning of the title screen song in mk8 DX is a remixed version if the first Mario kart game Super Mario Kart listen to both and you'll hear it

At Mario Kart Stadium you can hear at the background humans there are singing the Credits near the Heli

You can hear creepy music like bells in Pokémon haunted house or something when holding B for a few seconds

i already knew about the peach statue (btw i thought it was rosalina), i knew about the big vine, pushing miis, tracks as destinations, infinite pieces, toads hot air balloons, tricky tricks (that's an easy one btw), and the almighty white circle.

In electrodome, if you look at the screen closely, you can see Larry Koopa as the DJ
