We watched this video back recently as for some reason it has had a lot of views recently and we were laughing at us saying we couldn't see without our glasses. We were unboxing some stock so didn't think either of us needed our glasses but sometimes you forget that you have to read stuff lol. I absolutely love pallet videos. I think that is how your channel was recommended to me in the first place. It is such a huge gamble is what I have learned from all the videos that I have watched. I watched two different videos of young girls buying the same electrical pallets from exactly the same place and they had two totally different experiences. The first girl had items such as dyson air wrap, really expensive coffee machines and vacuum cleaners mostly in excellent condition. The second girl got toasters, kettles, vacuum cleaners most of which were used or broken and lost quite a bit of money.

We watched a lady from the Isle of Wight lose a lot of money buying a couple of pallets after she had watched other TH-cam video's and wanted to make honest video's that show the realities of buying returns pallets as it is so hit and miss. Im also a reseller and can say that i have had some shocking Pallets in the past but its just a hit and miss with them. But nowadays I've found myself a regular supplier who's good and reliable. I get my pallets for 10% of the rrp. It's a great business to be in providing you know what you are doing. It's a great video, tho really helpful for new sellers

Thanks for your kind words, we really wanted to highlight the realities of buying pallets online as it becomes quite fashionable sometimes to have a side hustle and the press can give the impression that reselling is an easy job making quick money and as you will already know, its not lol. You should know what's in pallet you get a list on the gem wholesale website of everything in the pallets,I'm in Scotland but visited there warehouse about ten years ago,been member of their website for 18, years but the RRP of items they list is old prices and you need to check,TVs and audio are worse they have retail price say £1500 and sell for £600 but TV reduced in shop brand new for £800 so you need to be careful

Hey, were you able to make profit of this pallet? I am tempted to buy from gemwholesales, was this your only pallet from them? Any previous experience and advice would be much love. Keep up the good work.
Hi, Many thanks for your comment. Yes we did make profit and we think that everything has sold now but the amount of time used to make the profit was not really worth it and if I remember rightly, we were given a few extra things in the pallet and this was the only reason we made profit from it, without the extras, there would have been no profit. For us they can be so hit and miss, we had fun making the video and it was exciting to get the pallet but realistically we could make more profit buying things at a boot sale for example. We were happy buying from Gem wholesale and did keep some of the damaged items for ourselves as they had no real value to them. Our advice would be to research some of the items on their lists and see what the actual items sell for as the RRP is a guide and the product can be lower priced at different shops or online. Everything may be damaged in some way, packaging or product so how much will you be able to sell it for if it does have a crack in it for example. Our other pallet video covers parting out items which was also a lot of work but more profit. It is fun to buy this way and you may be lucky but perhaps don't spend a fortune and aim for a category where you can use some of the stuff yourself if it is not sellable. bought my first pallet from Marthill International, I will not get a pallet from there again, most of the items were broken, trying to find a good wholesalers to try again.
Hi, thanks for your comment. It is very difficult to find a good wholesaler with regards to returns as unfortunately it can be very hit and miss. We have purchased from Marthill International before also not sure if we would use them again. Many thanks for your support. 👍
Why do you put a list up of the places that maybe worth buying from? I have done gems wholesale couple years ago did well on one pallet then a really bad pallet so yes hit n miss also gems is very pricey now its not worth buying from them

Hi Peter, Many thanks for your comment. Sorry we don't know exactly what we made as this video was from last May and our memories are not that great. Most of the items have sold so we got our money back and some profit. We disposed of the personalised items but considered ourselves lucky as most of the pallet was salvageable and could be sold.
