I've seen Starkiller do this, as part of his 4x combo in TFU2 and I've been trying to teach it to myself but had little success so far, looking everywhere for an elaborate tutorial, thank you so much for uploading this video!

This is the same premise for spinning poi! I'd say that we would call that a two beat weave. If you can get your jar-kai to switch which arms going over and under with each taking a turn it would be a 3 beat weave
This could be a stretch but maybe you should run a TIk tok account and just do short videos with some Star Wars music whilst your spinning the saber?! You could do well on there

This spin is dumb. I mean, it looks cool, but adds literally nothing to your combative ability. Honestly, if you find yourself in a situation where this is required, someone screwed up HARD. Just doing two moulinet spins on either side should work for most situations unless something is coming right at you... In which case just... I don't know, rotate 90 degrees and do two moulinet spins.
My guy you find me any star wars battle with all useful choreography then you'd have a point, but this is star wars we are talking about not actual combat.
