This is a wonderful film and explains complex issues simply and is easy to understand. it presents a grim reality without hysteria. Unfortunately, we do not have institutions of governance capable of dealing with the realities that confront Maine Coastal communities.
When she mention the flooding part in this video she said Marginal Way when I think she was supposed to say Commercial Street because that's the last Street before the ocean and it's the fishing Street of Portland. This video it's pretty much on point in my opinion I've been a fisherman for 36 years right here out of Portland Maine and I've seen a lot of things change that I have been mentioned in this video

Have you actually checked the temperature every place that I have dove the water has cooled almost 5 degrees in the last 8 years
