- Do you have milk and chocolate? Delicious dessert! WITHOUT flour and WITHOUT oven, WITHOUT gelatin - a good recipe! You will love the no-bake milk and chocolate cake. How To Make Gelatin Free Jelly. Vegetarian recipe I use agar agar. What you can cook quickly and easily for dessert - see my video. A very simple and moderately sweet cake for a vacation or just for tea.
Recipe and preparation:
Milk 400 ml.
Sugar 100 grams + salt 1 pinch.
Milk 100 ml + cocoa powder 30 grams (2 tablespoons)
Black chocolate 90 grams (1 bar).
Agar agar 10 grams (2 teaspoons) + 20 ml of water.
Cook.
a carton of milk.
Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Cocoa + coconut flakes delicious chocolate dessert, bon appetit!

Agar agar is definitely not unusual. It is readily available just about everywhere. If not, there is always Amazon.

Agar agar isn’t gelatin, but it’s very similar, agar agar is from seaweed and using gelatin would have similar results but it wouldn’t be as thick it would be more bouncy with gelatin

What's the problem with gelatin/agar agar?
As for the agar agar, you don't absolutely HAVE to use it. It's simply the vegetarian/vegan substitute for traditional gelatins that are animal collagen-based. You can substitute 1-to-1. I used unflavored gelatin crystals I found at a local bulk food store. They even labeled the animal family from which it was derived: in this case it was pork collagen. Had no effect on flavor or set-up. The only thing to worry about is personal/political preference.

@@MrTylerisaboss The point would rather be that it is vegetarian, not vegan. Gelatin is made from ground up animal (pig) bones. So not suitable for a vegetarian. Which agar agar definitely is.

i dont know about other country but in my country it easier to get agar agar than cocoa powder. Some of my friends even have a bunch of agar agar on their kitchen since it is easy to prepare.
