Enjoy the video! BTW, in many countries your car will likely only have ONE fog light bulb, even though there are two housings (i.e. red sections) visible on the outside black handle panel. The second one is usually a dummy one with no hole!
Look carefully inside the bulb housing from the outside, and you'll see that one likely does not actually have a bulb inside. So that's why only one of your rear fog lights works ;-)
Actually yes, I'd think it was very possible to do. The same 12v feed could be taken across to the other side. It may be tricky to make the dummy housing secure the bulb properly, but if you had a spare donor panel you could cut out the socket and graft it on to the original panel.
I can't remember offhand if canbus checks the rear fog bulb on the RS6, but wiring in both MIGHT cause an issue in that regard. If it's a path to travel down I'd try adding a couple of wires to the existing bulb and run two bulbs at the time time (one just dangling next to the other to test) and see if it works and you get no warnings when you put the key in etc, if all good then go ahead and start making the housing etc to mount the bulb proper, and put in some tidy wiring.

just bought an allroad, checking the lights I noticed that only one rear fog lamp was lighting up.(US car) the hatch rear trim was broken so I removed everything, because it is better to see the metal panels rather than broken plastic panels. this allroad only has a harness for one fog lamp. didn't they come with dual rear fog lamps???

So what do i do if i have changed the bulb, and it still dont work?
Hey there! Next stage would be to check if the bulb holder is receiving a 12V signal ok using a multi-meter. If yes, likely both bulbs are bad or a dirty connection. If no, you'll need to trace it back to where the signal is dropping - maybe a corroded wire somewhere. It's a s tage by stage eliminatin process :-)

I have a RS6 C5. It gives me lot of problems. Then there is power and other day feels like there is no turbos.
Yes, RS6 ownership can unfortunately be very expensive! But that's the price you pay to have a high end performance car unfortunately :-(

Hi. But how to access second bulb?
Hey there! Actually in these units the second one is usually a dummy with no bulb. They put it there so it looks balanced, but in most cases you will find you cannot access the second one as it's a dummy and has no bulb. Hope that helps!
