Is there any problem about renting in those places? I thought could be cheeper. Any suggestion about places there have not so good public schools but have affordable privates? Just an FYI but the Promove site doesn't work very well. I went and set it up for them to help me look for a house to rent later this year but the screen after you enter your contact info doesn't come up. It appears it processes your contact info to infinity.
I just moved from NJ to Atlanta. I'm renting a house in Belvedere Park. I've been told this is an up and coming neighborhood. What can you tell us about this area for purchasing?

You can certainly rent in both of those neighborhoods. Buford in particular is very affordable.
