ABOUT RHONY:
This season on "The Real Housewives of New York City," Bethenny is healthy and happy, and the little pieces of her life are coming back together now that she is finally divorced - but a feud with Ramona threatens her peace. Meanwhile, age is nothing but a number as Ramona celebrates her birthday looking better than ever. She's dating and teaching the other ladies how to pick up men. After taking some heat for living in Bethenny's shadow, Carole makes a strong effort to build her relationship with the other women, leading to some surprising connections. Tension between Dorinda and Sonja is at an all-time high, with Sonja making accusations about Dorinda's personal life. Dorinda may forgive, but she never forgets. Sonja is caught in a love triangle and must decide whether to go with the man who moves her heart or the man who moves her other parts. And new housewife Tinsley Mortimer, still reeling from a shocking run-in with the law, returns to the Big Apple, where it all began for her. Tinsley's ready to start her next chapter, but will the girl who once had it all get it all back again?

This franchise has had the most changes to it's opening from intro, music, & graphics ... they hit it out of the park the season ... love it!

Carol’s was my least fav! The others were much more tongue in cheek.
I feel like Beverly hills and New York have the best intros.
I love how RHONY always keeps reinventing its show. The other franchises, specially Jersey and OC should do the same. Loved Season 9, Loved the intro.

LOVE this new intro! The graphics, their looks and the music, which is a fresh approach to the classic RHONY jingle and an abrupt departure from the snoozefest theme of last season.
My only wish is that they had one more footage clip of each Housewife. It doesn't feel too rushed, but it is snappy, so hopefully this means more time for drama in the actual series! :D
Love the graphic line. RHOA producers should learn and update theirs. Disappointed on Sonjas' tagline tho.
Why are you disappointed with Sonja's? She's the exact "shelved doll" archetype that can pull of a Big & Little Edie reference, holding onto those Audobon rugs of hers for dear life, lol.

They switched places with Ramona and Sonja this season.
Alex that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re gonna get the axe. They just have a quieter season and someone’s gotta be there. The ones you need to worry about are the ones whose always sitting far from Andy at reunions and are always on the edge in the lineups.
they changed the theme yet again. And I love it so much better than the last seasons

Most of the shows have completely different production companies. They handle this type of stuff. Not Andy.
B Ferrer Potomac and New York have the same production companies. Just look at their cast photos for both upcoming seasons. The differences are very telling

This was the first intro I liked since the original because by this point they changed the intro music at least 3 other times prior and I felt like they kept experimenting until they got it right but this was excellent. I like the New era one second.
I think Bravo & Andy are trying to make the TRHONYC as glamorous as TRHOBH ... that's why alll the revamps, adjustments, and bringing in people with some name recognition!

This is literally when I played Mirrors Edge in like what 2009/10 & imagined the future would look like tv wise it's sooooooo good, someone needs to help upgrade the others especially RHOA

David Chapman I agree. I honestly can't stand that these shows do that. If you're a vet. If you've handled 10+ seasons on you're own and didn't leave. You deserve the center peach, period. I couldn't stand when they did it with bethenny and had Ramona beside her. And I couldn't stand when they did it with Nene when she came back this season and had Kandi beside her. I Don't care for Kandi, but they gotta give credit where it's due. Andy just chooses favorites.

Ramona's and Dorinda's are my favorites. However, I do like Carole's. Newbie Timsey has a good one. Disappointed in Sonja's tag line though. B should had a better one, I mean whatever. LuAnn has a cute one. Whatever, I love this franchise. Atlanta and New Jersey used to be my favorite, but New York City has won me over. I like the whole cast honestly.

What RHOA dose works for it. The other franchises have to change the graphics and fashions to make people more interested. Atlanta is still bravo's highest rated show and housewives franchise.
They changed the intro on us this past season. I liked the original better. But yeah Atlanta is the best franchise. These last two season were bleh... But it was good when Nene showed up for the trip on season 8 and when Kim showed up to Sheree's house party. Hopefully Atlanta will be what it use to when NeNe and Kim come back.
