If not that in itself could potentially be a crime. Also do we know whether or not he supply Shannon with any alcohol that night? If he did supply her with alcohol he himself could technically be considered liable, just like a bartender would be. If he didn't do anything to stop her from driving, again he could also be held liable. She has to work out all the time, and constantly watch what she eats to maintain a healthy weight that makes her feel self-confident. If I were doing a fashion show the same year that she had worked her butt off, literally, to achieve these goals then I'd be sure to know what sizes she needed to feel sexy and included.

Internal struggles and self-doubt and self-image woes are real and can be crippling, but this "problem" isn't about your cast mates dress sizes. It's about YOU.
Shannon Beador is my favorite regardless of her human flaws. She does have an old fashioned good heart. In fact, they all have human shortcomings but more or less a nice heart . I wish there are more fun, luxurious lifestyles, wealth and kindness and constructive criticisms in these shows instead of just dark drama and mean and petty fights. Did he try to stop her at all, did he himself call the cops saying she's going to end up hurting someone or get hurt herself? If he did supply her with alcohol he himself could technically be considered liable, just like a bartender would be. If he didn't do anything to stop her from driving, again he could also be held liable. If I'm Shannon's lawyer that's what I'm going to focus on. and the reason I asked if he turned them over, is because Shannon looks legitimately shocked that he had video. Even when you accept a plea deal like she did, you are a prized of the evidence that they have against you

I can't believe that after seeing how they came off this season, John and Alexis haven't just said something like, emotions were high with filming right after the break up, the DUI, and being in a new relationship and we weren't thinking clearly. We might have taken it too far, but now we're moving on. Instead they are doubling down! They are both too stupid to see that the more they try to make themselves look better by bashing Shannon, the more they're hated. I mean if Johnny J is so worried about his reputation, it's in the toilet now. If he and fun Lexi would've just ridden off into the sunset, everyone would've forgotten about him. But he actually does like the spotlight, so that wouldn't work for him either. I really hope Shannon continues to let them dig themselves into a hole and doesn't join them in the gutter. She has to work out all the time, and constantly watch what she eats to maintain a healthy weight that makes her feel self-confident. If I were doing a fashion show the same year that she had worked her butt off, literally, to achieve these goals then I'd be sure to know what sizes she needed to feel sexy and included.

Tamra put it in katys head that gina set her up. ginactolf katy not to address calling the papz with heather & dumb katy got sucked right into tamera's game to pit katy against gina and then put in heather's head that katy was set up by gina to pit heather against gina and then twisted the knife by telling heather gina saod she was just using heather for her wealthy connections to sell real estate and boom heather falls for it and says what tamrat wanted to achieve, that heather will pull that rug out from under Gina. she was happy to hear she destroyed gina's business opportunities via heather & even ran back to Katy to report her successful strategy, like her loyalty is with katy & she did katy some big favor by turnibg heather against gina with a lie! they all got played & tamrat sat back smug & silent watching the confrontational meltdown between the 3 victims. Tamrat even had the audacity to yell at gina that being so defensive makes her guilty & then kept trying to shut down the confrontation between the 3 victims before it could b figured out that tamrat was pitting them all against each other. she is jealous of the developing friendships without her, jealous of gina being so easily successful at real estate bc she was not & shes jealous the others are compassionate with shannon instead of falling for her using alexis to target shannon and joining them in abusing shannon. tamra is the ugly evil worthless traitor & it is so absurd, these ladies cant be this stupid to not be able to figure out what is really happening so im thinking it has to be scripted now & not reality which makes the story lines really stupid, an insult to viewers, fans, the network ... 🤦♀️🤯
