The NYC housewives are back, and they're turning the city upside down! Carole is enjoying her growing romance with her younger beau, Adam, but needs to come to grips with what their relationship truly means. With her daughter away at boarding school, Sonja is experiencing empty-nest syndrome as she focuses her sights on rebuilding friendships and tackling new business ventures. Recently engaged Luann couldn't be happier with her new relationship, but unsettling rumors surrounding her behavior put her on the outs with most of the ladies. Julianne "Jules" Wainstein is new to the mix, but she's no stranger to mixing things up. With two young kids taking all of her attention, Jules strives to start a business while leaning hard on her husband to be more supportive.

This only shows Bethenny's neuroticism and arrogance. I was Team Bethenny when she was feuding with Jill; however, her return to RHONY has been an annoyance. The snarky and sarcastic comments no longer work with this cast. I actually applaud Luann for standing her ground and not going off the rails. In contrast, last night's Season 9 episode saw Bethenny running away after her confrontation with Ramona. Really? She can dish it but can't take it.
Because she is rich now she was so much nicer and humble before .

Every franchise has its own distinct flavor and archetype: as a minority woman, I'm fine with this cast as is.
Lo Oo how about just hire the Housewife based on their personality and who they are as a person and whether they fit with the group, rather than by their skin colour and ethnicity??? We need to look at what's inside not what's outside

Potomac has 1 biracial girl who identified as 'biracial' and everyone in the cast got mad at her, implying she was dishonoring her black-side for identifying as "biracial" instead of "black".
