I tuned into ludwig's stream during the match with the 1600 rated player, and I was absolutely baffled by ludwig's ability to play chess. He played the endgame so well and defended everything perfectly to push his pawn. I cant believe I fell for it.
Can't believe it because statically it's impossible. You can look at odds of one player beating another by using elo. After about a 500 point difference, the lower player has no chance of winning. Sure there are good days and bad days for players. Other than that there is no luck. Here is a 700 point difference...if lower player loses you can bet the farm there was cheating.

Ludwig's acting skills with Levi's cool, cold and collected personality turns out to be a very solid combination. If Levi can keep keep that mindset in his tournaments, works really hard for it too, I'm sure he can reach the GM title.

Gotham alternating between low-key roasting and annihilating them throughout was classic. Good on Stanz for being a good sport and Lud for bringing Gotham on knowing this would happen. Great content all around.
You should do this again but troll Levy by having Stanz (or whoever you play) secretly have an expert too and neither tells their expert about the other. That way they basically play each other and get more and more confused by the other’s skills as the game goes on 😂 You could even not tell the audience and give them the same premise as this video and we’d all be played

I watched these games first on Stanz's channel and kept scoffing at their moves. "This man was rated 1200??" But then Lud would suddenly step on the gas and start making better moves than even I saw. I really started grappling with my own hubris: who am I to act better than these men? These brave chess warriors? Then I watched this and I'll tell you. I've never felt more vilified in my life
