I manage to do it with just a level 100, max limit break, 3 star Medicine in 3 turns. Due to the lack of damage, I had to take advantage of one more story card for extra damage. 1 extra turn per round for 1 less spirit point spent each round.
If anyone is getting an error where one unit lives after the attack, if you pair up medicine with alice, alice has an accuracy buff for the whole team allowing Medicine to deal 600k+ dmg.
I don't have Medicine Melancholy, so I beat Alter Marisa with wood element attacks by Lily White and Patchouli Knowledge! :D Hope I get Medicine Melancholy soon... :)
Worked for me with 3* Medicine, and Story cards Boo!, A Perfect Day for Errands, Midnight Tea, Froggy Hat and Overwhelming Firepower (at +9, the rest +10).
I like how I eventually got Medicine from current rate up banner after max limit break my Reimu and Ran lol. Gonna raise her up soon for upcoming event next month
Manage to do it in 3 turn at Awaken 3 out of 5. I could max awaken her, but spending 1-2 spirit point less per run can definitely build up in the long run. Like would be able to do 10 runs for every 100 points at Awaken 3, while only doing 9 run for every 100 points at Awaken 4 and 5. Times that by several hundreds-to-thousands more time, and it’s worth it. I will max awaken Medicine once I need to and already prepared.
Thank for the guide! I still didn't MLB my Medicine because I'm really paranoid after I MLB my Youmu with paper dolls and got spook by her multiple times lol.
Honestly in the long run, MLB Medicine would be more worth it. Even if you get a dupe after maxing her out, a spare Medicine can still be pretty useful as a low SP-Cost farmer.
@@Zack_Zander Thank for advice. I already MLB her though (with dupe of course) While I understand she is great. I don't want to use paper doll on normal unit because she can spook me every banner. Also I don't have any problem with sp because I don't have that much time to play anyway. So I have no intent to raise a second copy as low SP-Cost farmer unless it's really necessary or I really like that unit lol
You didn't emphasize that Story cards should be upgraded. I mean I can see yours are in the video, but that is a huge deal. I tried your strategy with MLB Tea and Firepower, but my stat sticks are not good enough. I was also running with only 3 star medi. marisa and red fairy both survive. even if i was 4 star, i dont think it would be enough without the upgraded cards. What do you think?
MEDI THE GOD Has Medi been nerfed in the JP version at this point? Do they nerf characters? Like ik this is level 100 (unless lunatic bosses require level 100 at most to be reasonable to beat) but this is still DUMMY strong
This is a gacha game, not some multiplayer game trying to keep balanced. Released characters generally can never be nerfed, because they're premium prizes sold in a slot machine. What happens instead is they release even stronger characters to tempt you to buy.

I use Shizuha Aki's accuracy buff instead, still works tho
She is truly the Medicine for my heart.

Huh? This is most efficient way to get a Story Card and save some spirit P and only cost 11 per battle
There is a way to do it with just 10 spirit P, but it would take 3 turns.

I managed to clear boss stages with lvl 60 starting chars. saving my graze for a dangerous hit. Marisa hard carries most of the time.
