Disaster At Thailand Most Northern Point! Exploring Chiang Rai by Bike

- CHIANG RAI, THAILAND - Today's mission is to visit the most northern point in Thailand. On the way we will visit Choui Fong Tea Plantation and see spectacular mountain views in the province of Chiang Rai. Sadly we are greeted by a terrible flood in Mae Sai due to the heavy rains in Chiang Rai. Still, we have a great adventure and it is always a pleasure to be out exploring and taking a motorcycle trip in Northern Thailand. I did try and visit Thamluang Cave to tell the story of the cave rescue, but sadly the cave (understandably) and the National Park (frustratingly) was closed.

That is the thing, even with all of that, it was a great day. Sometimes just being on the road and exploring somewhere new is enough. Although... let's face it... it would have been better if something worked out haha. At least it was mission accomplished... just!
glad to see, they now close the caves, when floods
100%. I didn’t want to go in the cave though, there’s a memorial just inside the national park entrance which I wanted to film and talk about it, they didn’t let me go to that as the park was closed for off season. The cave is still closed anyway I think.

Hi Joe, we did nearly the same journey a few weeks ago and it was great fun on the bike.Also went to Phu Chi Fah which was awesome but scary with 2 on the little Honda! Back in chilly Alderney now so it's nice to watch your videos, jealously!
Hey! It is a great ride isn't it, hopefully you had better luck that me though haha. I bet that journey was awesome with no fog. Still, everything makes for a memorable journey either way. My next video will be from Phu Chi Fah, hope you like it. It is amazing there isn't it, I was basically the only person there when I stayed. I have just started a road trip around Southern Thailand, after spending a few weeks filming in Bangkok with Gary. I am a bit ahead of where my videos are. Enjoy Alderney haha.

The scenery is uniquely stunning. Such a green country. Still a great video despite, or maybe because of the setbacks!
I learned that rainy season is frustrating but makes up for it in its beauty, everything is so lust and green. It is strange how a frustrating day turns into a fairly decent video. Plus it shows that travel isn't all sunshine and rainbows like some people think it is.

Correct Panna, well... sometimes it is nice for it all to work out and have a nice video haha. But certainly the setbacks made this video which is why I decided to continue to put it out anyway. Thailand in rainy season is 🔥🔥

Measai always face flooding disaster , on the other hand , has change the middle of no where little town to be the tourist hot spot by the unknown local football league overnight long!..
yeah it was pretty terrible. But at this time, the entire province was struggling with flooding. But... like you say, it is a beautiful, off the beaten path area.
