This was an excellent review of this! I've seen a number of videos on this and you showed numerous things of interest that the others didn't. Where is the button that opens the bathtub shades? Were you the one who did the short video on how to fill the tub just turning open the handle about a third in order for the on demand water heater to accommodate?

Good job Ian.. I have one suggestion though.. Try and stop using the expression "you can go ahead and".. See if you can go through an entire video w/o using that awful expression.. You lasted until 5:10 in this video.. If you can just go ahead and do that for me then I would appreciate it ; )

Is There who owns this model is that actually true in the comment so when stated that his company does not stand by their products and their warranties.? Does anyone own a keystone that knows is this truth or fact?

My inlaws own a keystone. A much smaller cheaper keystone but still a keystone. They love it. Have had it for two years and the only problem is the rubber gasket around the baggage doors wasn’t glued well enough. We fixed that ourselves for about 10 bucks

Spread the word: DO NOT BUY A KEYSTONE! Not only are they poorly built, it's company policy to try and deny every single warranty claim that is submitted. They don't stand behind their product, because they know it's crap, and they do not care about your problems. Don't be fooled by the "get more bang for your buck" price point because it's all cheap stuff that WILL fail on you. I did my research before buying our first RV and we quickly learned to stay away from Keystone. After meeting and talking with someone who use to work at Keystone HQ, all what I had learned was verified by her. DO YOUR RESEARCH!
