நமது பாரம்பரிய சிற்றுண்டிகளில் ஒன்று சீனி அரியதரம்.நம்ம ஊர் கல்யாண வீட்டுப் பலகாரங்களில் இதுவும் ஒன்று.
தேவையான பொருட்கள்
1. சிவப்பரிசி / red row rice - 1 cup
2. வெள்ளையரிசி / white row rice - 1 cup
3. சீனி / sugar - 1 cup
4. மரக்கறி எண்ணெய் / vegetable oil - 300 ml
5. பேக்கிங் சோடா / baking soda - 1/4 tsp
6. உப்புத்தூள் / table salt - 1/2 tsp
7. ஏலக்காய்த்தூள் / cardamom powder - 1 tsp
8. நெய் / ghee - 1 tbs
