    The demand placed on the tissue exceeded the capacity of that tissue. This normally lies in the realm of lack of stability, lack of mobility, an imbalance, or maybe you just did too much, too soon!
    If your rehab isn't challenging you and doesn’t resemble training, it won’t get you back to where you need to be.
