Can you please explain the rules for the Madame Leota card? Can you collect 13pts if you do not have haunted cards at the end of the game? Or do you have to have at least 1 haunted card but with the lowest value compare to others?
Madame Leota scores the extra points if you have the lowest haunt value. Whether it's zero or more. As long as the total value is the lowest among all players. Hope that answered your question. 👍
As many videos I watched I don't understand the rules. How do you get into the hallway? The rules say that if the hitchhiking ghosts pass through or land on a room you take cards but I don't understand how you get into those rooms in the first place.
Everyone starts in the center and the outer ring of the center dial that looks like carpet is the hallway. When you use the move action you move off of the center space onto a carpet space putting you in the hallway. Each part of the carpet is divided up into different spaces by the black lines. These line up with the board separating the rooms. Whenever you are on a carpet space the room that lines up with that part of the carpet is the room you are considered to be in. Does this make sense? It's hard to show in just text.

Do the hitchhiking ghosts glow in the dark or are they black light sensitive?
They are supposed to glow in the dark, but like most glow in the dark stuff it needs a lot of natural light first.
