So wonderful being able to listen to these marvelous enduring hymns performed by your tremendous talent! Last night I replayed #23 and your 1st Fanny Crosby videos to help me through a very bad painful Chemo drug reaction and it helped me endure until I could finally lay down and sleep afterward. Tonight i found this 2nd video and am so thankful for God's comforting and healing and your sweet musical testimony to His faithfulness. Thank you more than I can possibly convey.

@@suereed3847 Thank you Sue. Yes, have felt God's Hands through each day and night, giving comfort and encouragement to me. So many prayers have been said on my behalf and He has answered every one of them. Have had the 2nd of 4 Chemo treatments by now, with one more reaction that lasted 5 days: very sore muscles ... but NONE of the stabbing deep bone marrow pains that accompanied the deep muscle main! Will have the 3rd Chemo next Wednesday (19th). "One day at a time, sweet Jesus.." Thank you so much for your prayer offering on my behalf. He heard.
May the Healer touch your body and the blood of Jesus cleanse you from any form of disease.

Mr and Mrs Raynes thank you so much for the music, played from your home and your hearts. Hymns connected with me. I know so many of the songs well and am so blessed to hear them. As you may often hear, Wall songs that are little more than Christian pop are mostly what we sing. They've not been refined and treasured by Christians for years. They focus mostly on the gospel, that's good, but the rest of the NT and OT are neglected. I thank Almighty God for you and music.

Hi Stephen, welcome home! These hymns were written for two simple purposes; for God's people to praise and worship Him, and for sinners to hear of Jesus and come to faith in Him. You've got the second, now you can work on the first. May I suggest that you get around second-hand bookshops and scour up all the old hymnbooks you can find and learn the words of these glorious hymns and songs. These wonderful melodies that Natalie plays so beautifully are the 'scaffold' for Bible-rich words, that will bless your heart.

First of all, I could not leave the thumbs up number at 666 but more importantly, it is great that these wonderful old hymns are being kept alive by people like you Natalie. Most churches today no longer play old hymns, I am not against contemporary music but there is something about the old hymns that refreshes my spirit. Thank you and God bless you and your family.

The hymns you play are such a blessing everyday and especially on the Sabbath!
I so enjoy listening as you play verse after verse of songs that have spanned decades with word of hope, strength and affirmation of the Lord who is so entwined in the days of our lives. It is such a great contrast to the news of despair and fear so rampant as we face week after week of pandemic news. These songs remind us of life that sickness and death can't overcome. Thanks for playing them in this format.

Thank you for playing Fanny Crosby. God really inspired her in writing those hymns all those years ago. What a pity those heartfelt words are sung less and less in worship. She wrote out ofvthe depths of her heart what God led her to write for children of God to sing in circumstances and occasion. Natalie again a big thank you for bringing this to us.

Once again a tenderly prepared and beautifully presented medley of encouraging, comforting and praise filled songs. Thank you for sharing your gift so freely. (Just a note that the hymns listed on the TH-cam notes are reversed for these two videos of Fanny Crosby medleys.. doesn’t hurt the listening at all but as I was unfamiliar with the text of a couple of them I noticed the switch.)

Just a follow up to my previous post for information - WHDoane composed over 1,000 tunes for Fanny's hymns includingTo God be the Glory,Pass me not o Gentle Saviour. Near th e Cross -Phoebe Knapp composed Blessed Assurance - JRSweeney composed Tell me the story of Jesus - WJKirkpatrick composed He Hideth my Soul - Robert Lowry composed All the Way - this a very small sample - these tunes are lovely as are the words of Fanny - most people would recognise the tune first and associate with the words - I'm not trying to 'downplay' the words but trying to stress the importance of all the composers concerned and their contribution to the Fanny Crosby story

We all living in this world, in this country...God the Dear Lord and Savior made us all, he made the human race, he made all shades brown, black, white, red, yellow. He in his word never mentions race or division by color he looks at Born-Again, and lost, Jew or Gentile. We need to realize if we hate someone due to the shade of their skin we are telling God, the Mighty "Great I Am" he messed up. I really don't believe that is a good idea no matter what shade we are. He also tells us not to murder or take vengeance as it belongs to him.

We need to pray daily for one another. We need to stop buying into the media and the deceitful ways of the enemy; which is Satan.

Sunday morning, not being able to worship with church family because of Covic. My church is over and I was just missing good music, which is no present in our chuch anymore. 3 guitars, drums, two singers never singing hymns. Thank you for playing dear Fanny Crosby’s songs. She really had a relationship with the Lord.
