Florian is apparently pulled from another universe. His description will say so. Hence the Uva Academy uniform.
Besides, Adaman, Rei, and other Hisui characters were already from other universes. Rei said that when he first appeared. Something like, "This world looks the same but different."

Me too. And the Paldean Beginner-mons that Clavell uses depending on the sync pair give me an idea of the Pokémon Florian(Violet, picked Quaxly) and Juliana(Scarlet, picked Fuecoco) started with. If we get alts with these aforementioned pairs, or the other way, cool.
