the k688 to me would sound better in a podcast conversation. Has more of a warm natural sound. The Tank 3 almost has an re 320 type of sound. Sounds clear but might feel a little ear straining after an hour podcast.
planning to buy the k688, would it be decent enough for vocal recording? i make and write musics and on a tight budget, gotta upgrade my old condenser mic
i mean.. i use it and it has the same quality and clarity as the fifine a6v (condenser mic) that i had (or atleast i think it's pretty close) just remember the k688 is a dynamic mic, for music i'd recommend some condenser one, but if u think the k688 is fine for what u do, then u should buy it
@@maybeastrality not true. but as a person who has a k688, it's a pretty good mic. also, i've been using it pretty close to my mouth, and it's capturing a lot of my pc sounds, but i think it's just my headset that is pretty bad tbh
@@maybeastrality yeah. although i didn't test it with xlr, so i don't really know the true quality of it, in usb the quality and clarity is pretty good. about the shure sm7b... it's not a good mic for music at all (although it can be used), and he has the same goal as the k688. dynamic mics CAN be used for music, but that doesn't mean it's the best for it.
Tank3 sounds more clear but I miss the warmth of the K688.
Thank 3 sounds better the other blocks the sound a little
Agreed! The tank is crystal clear 👏🏻
Does the tank 3 have the insane handling noise that the k688 has?
No
Tank 3 for sure, you should compare it with am8 next
I can do that 👍🏼

is that the amplitank k668?
Hello , is it possible to recorde with the k688 on my i phone or no !?
If you had some way of connecting the k688 to your phone through a usb connection you could. You would just need some sort of converter to your phone

the k688 is an absolute beast for its price range, you can even compare the k688 with a shure sm7b and in would be about the same!

k688 is warmer and more natural, the tank sounds weird, there's a reverb or metallish sound added
USB test plz
I’ll make it happen 👍🏼
Tank 3
It’s my favorite Fifine mic so far! 😍
I like AM8 more @@EasyBoink
@@ali-fp4ry AM8 is also a great mic! Gotta love the rgb too 👌🏽
Absolutely 0 difference
That’s a great compliment to the cheaper mic! 😅
Haha
