How PasaBuy Works | Our First Balik-Bayan Box | PasaBuy from UAE & Canada to Pinas

Hello guys! Here's a sneak peek of our Pasabuy journey.
Pasabuy is an online marketplace for people who wants to purchase goods without leaving their homes. We came up with a Pasabuy business because we thought of fellow Filipinos that are really fond of goods which came from abroad.
We are sending purchased items requested from our Facebook page ( / pasabuy-from-uae-and-c... ) through a Balik-bayan box.
⚠️ PasaBUY Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How does pasabuy works?
A: It can go two ways:
1. We post and sell Canada & UAE items.
2. You can send requests of any items available in Canada and UAE. But please note that we may or may not be able to find them.
Q: Are you selling authentic items?
A: Definitely yes! Everything will be bought directly from stores in Canada and UAE.
Q: When/How will I get my item/s?
A: We fill-up balikbayan boxes that will be shipped out to the Philippines once full. Once the boxes arrived in the Philippines we will then distribute it through delivery/pick-up/shipment. Shipment takes about 2-3 mos per batch.
Q: Do I need to make a downpayment?
A: Yes. To avoid any cancellations. As a seller who has to go out and personally purchase the items, please be considerate.
Q: Do I have to pay for shipment/delivery?
A: Yes. We can ship your items through LBC but you will have to shoulder the costs. Anyway, there is no PasaBuy Fee.
Q: Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: No. Remaining 50% should be settled before the scheduled date of delivery.
Q: Do you accept resellers?
A: Yes, please send us a message for the reseller price and the minimum quantity.
Q: What is the estimated time of arrival?
A: 1-2 months starting from the date the balikbayan box has been shipped out.
Q: I ordered the wrong size of the item. Can I return it and get a refund?
A: No. No refund, no return, no exchange policy. This is only PasaBUY, we bought the items as per the client’s request or choice of an item and upon receiving the 50% downpayment.
