How To: Practical use of the Hit Factor

Video of a presentation that explains how I started to practically use Hit Factor to determine the Stage Strategy (Accuracy or Speed) and the Stage Plan (% of points to shoot on specific targets) for IPSC training and match stages. I did not invent, nor own, this process. It is based on different elements I destilled from online courses I participated in (a very special shout out to the EG-CZ Academy), stage breakdown videos (ex: Christian S.), practical shooting books (ex: Saul K.), podcasts (ex: SpecTrain) and competitor videos (ex: JJ R.). Since the start of 2024 I try to implement the process in my trainings and matches with success, although I still have to learn and grow more ;-) More interesting Practical Shooting content, projects and polls on the "Community Tab" on my Channel! there is a nice video on YT with Eric Grauffel explaining the strategies based on hit factor and discusses this with JJ Racaza, who was sort of lost when Eric asked him what he would do in certain situations
