This man took the heat to 7 games with Roy Hibbert as his 2nd option. Never disrespect him again
In 2013, Paul George ( age 22 ) was not yet a supertstar, only averaged 17-ppg. on 42%.
Roy Hibbert was their best player in this playoff series against the Miami Heat.
Roy Hibbert in the 2012/13 season:12-ppg. FG-44%. But Lebron James and Miami Heat let Roy Hibbert dominate.
2013 ECF:
Roy Hibbert=22-ppg. FG-56%. and 10-RPG.
Paul George=19-ppg. FG-47%.
P
He definitely had Lance Stephenson
Casuals take
I mean Roy Hibert was actually decent at some point...
24 PG was so nice , Athletic and a smooth scorer . 13 PG is more of a complete player
Derrick kennedy W
I’d say he’s still smooth now if not more the way he played on the thunder was jus so satisfying to watch no cap
Derrick kennedy I agree🗣💯
@@will8785 he's definitely smoother cause he can't move like he used to because of the injury so he improved his handles and started using angles on d.
W Hickman that’s what I was saying
The ultimate package.
Size, length, athleticism, agility....and my personal fav......SMOOTH
Sounds like Tmac 👍🏽💯
fucking facts bruvv!!!!!
LeBron?
No_Casuals_Allowed i see no lies😂
Liang Benjamin nope no bronsexuals allowed over here buddy
Remember all of his crazy plays against the heat those series where crazy
Remember that shot in game 1
Peter Smith facts he used to go crazy whenever he played bron never won but is still a bucket
Micah Morris ikr he was so amazing but then game 7 came and he dropped 0 points he’s never beat lebron he had a chance in 2017 to go to game 7 at Cleveland pacers were up 27 and they blew with Paul George dropping 5 points after the 2nd quarter he’s choked every year there’s never been a year he hasn’t but I hope he wins mvp this year
Lebron James nah you winnin mvp LeGoat
Temanchi I should have like 7 mvp man I give up I’ve been avg 27 7 8 since 2015 I give up
the Heat vs Pacers era was my childhood.
Damn y'all are young
Shazayum 17 so yea
@@Shazayum we 2000s babies
Around this time was when I got into watching basketball. I miss these days
@@atrainsouth4121 2003 STAND UP
His jumper shot has been so smooth since he came to the league
Jo Makaveli facts jumpshot is automatic
24 PG reminded me so much of T-Mac. Great shot creator, had a great pull-up game, was extremely athletic and one of the smoothest scorers in the league. One of my favorite players to watch for sure.
Right Damnn near Same player except PG DEFENSE WAS MORE ELITE ! TMAC might have been his favorite player they play tooo much alike !
Yeah he said T-mac was his idol
Dude was quicker back than also
@@ifeanyiezuka5616misinformation
Crazy that PG broke his leg in like 2014 or 2015 and has come back and been better than he was pre-injury
Or he could be as good as last season 2 years earlier if he did not broke his leg. Anyhow, it still crazy that he can play on high level even after that gruesome injury.
He plays smoother post injury
That's because he's very young & NBA players generally peak around age 27.
Somehow after the injury his defence became better
@BBESS bess
I mean the stats are only a numbers game. The paint opened wide up since 2014 with the 3point craze, so of course layup making abilities and shooting percentages are gonna shoot up, Especially if you're an all star.
But im talkin about his skills. Weaving inside and out through the painted area and pulling up midrange to get his shot off...
It’s crazy how it feels like I’ve watched Paul George grow into the player he is today step by step.
At first he was a project
then a solid young player with upside
Then the MIP
Then a perennial all-star
And last year MVP finalist
This year he has a chance to be a champion🤯
not anymore bro
Oof
You forgot to add journeyman
And PANDEMIC-MAN
none of these comments aged well
Kawhi + PG13 + Beverley = Clamp Bros
Don’t forget about a potential Iggy 🥵
thelegendsqb1 soon iggy
thelegendsqb1 that sure is a great defensive team but if they wanna win they need pg13 to now choke
Hell yeah 💪🏼
More like clamp God's
PG reminds me of Tmac how he can create almost any shot with minimal effort and score 💪🏾
That's a perfect comparison PG plays soo much like Tracy McGrady
Don’t disrespect pg like that
He was lightning quick & hella grounded until he leaped in the air lol PG24 was a different Beast. I'm glad he showed signs of full recovery the past season
He was on his way to taking the leap that he had this year before he broke his leg in summer of 2014. This year is the first time he said he played without thinking about his injury mentally.
one of the smooth offensive players of this generation. PG, Joe Johnson, Melo and a few more just make it look effortless ..
Gotta admit KD too
Rafael 95 facts
Tracy mcgrady was nice like that his prime years too
Kd is a smooth scorer
facts
Damn he was so athletic before the leg break

Fans rn calling him PandemicP just because of the bubble, but this man carried the pacers into playoffs even tho there is a big trio in Miami Heat🤷🏻♂️. Hope that he will be a hall of famer
He still has my respect!!! Coming from career ending injury and putting 20 ppg ain't a joke ...
He definetly will be in the Hof
Didn’t carry the pacers they still had other players
@@KJ-gy4nlhe carried
@@KJ-gy4nlWhat? He got no help during those championship runs. You think this is a COD lobby?
Birdman was like u gotchu Bron, gets posterized i thought i had him
I see Lakers fans still salty commenting on everything PG related to hate on him lmaooo get over it you weirdos
I see no Lakers fan comments on this video.
They're losers. Ignore it
Ima a laker fan and idk why they still do that im over it lol.
As laker fan who cares!! We still winning it all!! Fuck the clippers!!
“That was a bad shot”
Who’s here after the clippers blew a 3-1 lead?
If this PG played in those games there would be no blewing of 3-1 lead
@@therebranding facts bro
And 13 decides just to hit the backboard
PG was way more explosive back then, he has lost a step. He shoots way too many 3s now
He need to switch back to 24 asap 😂😂😂
Yup this was his first look of being a superstar until his injury, now he back at the same point he was in 2014, only better.
He's a better shooter 😍
yup, that injury made me better
Paul George true
@@molerjsliva9277 the hell you doing that emoji. You come across as a battybwoy
Pandemic P
I’m born and raised in nap. Paul is easily one of our top 5 Pacer list. Reggie, Jermaine, Paul. Straight killers.
Thx for the memories
I need this PG this year
@Eric Lewis the guy that was balling like crazy injury free PG
Eric Lewis shhhh. I bet he hopped just recently on the kawhi leonard bandwagon, and doesnt know shit about basketball.
Broken Glass ik this is late but he averaged 21.7 on the slowest team at the time which is very good
Sweet Lou and PG are probably two of the smoothest game
That 13-14 season was when i fell in love with the nba and hoop
Came back to see PG ball out after this horrible series against Dallas
Hahaha
he is a ten year vet. Everybody has bad series or bad games int this lenght of career . Im in nobody talks when steph tried to dunk failed and airballed wide open three . There is too much hate to PG . Or you are just a kid
again against Dallas
He was slightly faster back then
The video is kinda fast
Yeah I can see why he would get slow after he BROKE HIS LEG IN HALF
Wavy Iann I’m aware. I had the exact same injury and haven’t been able to return to sports
@@AliKhan12345 You broke your leg just like he did?!?! How was the rehab, how was the next 24 hours like, how long ago was it and what percent do you feel like you're at right now?
The Leg injury and the fact that he was young back then
I'm crying, I grew up looking up to his talent❤️🙏
@Rigo I grew up being a PG fan since 2013, and look where he is now. My boy is now a father and he's 30 years old. Look how grown he'd been im emotional
@@andrw7382 klay is Also 30 but has acl achillies injury he inspired me to be a good shooter
He had smoothh jumper back then, it just like clippers took all of his gifttt
I miss him on the Pacers...
Pacers Paul George best player ever! No Cap!
💀💀💀💀💀💀 You clown for having Lilllard on your profile pic
am i the only one who can enjoy watching his, melo, kd, kobe and tmac’s highlights ?
21:00 that shot made him my favourite player

@Eric Lewis You say that but you're commenting on a video made for him.
@Eric Lewis Then why do you like him if he isn't good🤔
HE GETTING A RING AND MVP THIS SEASON MARK MY WORDS 💯🐐
Idk about the ring
He was robbed last season from the DPOTY
Oh he getting the ring and hell yea he was robbed
shiii, hopefully I will. thanks for the encouragement
@@MattFromWiiSports2006 you ain't the real paul George stop it 😤 lame ass goofy
That dunk on birdman, I remmbered it like it was yesterday
y’all should do james harden first season in houston 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yeah hell yeah
Watching this now is like what we’re getting from jayson tatum rn
Tatum isn’t this quick or athletic but I like the comparison
@@iamhakimtv1358 yeah Tatum is more like kd
Imagine if he was with sabonis Brogdon and turner in his 24 form
He had a better team already lol
Yu hear the net he been hitting them green beans 😂😂😭❗️🔥✳️✅
He was really good this past year, but homie can't jump like he could then. This man used to be able to jump OUT THE GYM. He's still athletic but that injury took some of his athleticism and quickness for sure
Seth Kemple got injured
That broken leg really fucked him up
That’s kinda how leg injuries work😀
Keep in mind this dude was great before he snapped his leg in the USA game. Then after he broke his leg, he made an extremely beautiful comeback. Gotta love PG man, huge respect
Pacers back then gave Miami Problems, not just because of Pg but the size they had over heat, Roy Hibbert, Ian Mahimi, David West and were balling back then,, and you had Lance annoying them too and a solid pg in George Hill, Good times
E N if Danny Granger was healthy they might’ve won too
@@EmziTV naw he wasn't there, but they did take that heat team to 7 with PG
watched every second through and through thank u so much for the video💯🖤
This the real playoff p😤
this video makes me so nostalgic! My favorite player in my favorite season from him 🥺🥺😬
19:56 This a slept on play, one of PG24's best
For people thinking he’s worse now that’s not it he’s always been this good and he’s become an even more skilled player now, all I can say is he was more athletic then.
There are people that say he was a better player then compared to now as sweet as he was in these highlights PG is much nasty now !!
E.C. James he understands the nba better is all it is. I got the clippers
Going all the way with him and kawhi on the same team alone.
Another great compilation👍🏻
PG🔥🔥🔥🔥
Been my favourite player since i started watching basketball could watch his highlights all night and day
This video is pure gold! 🥺
Excellent content! I've been a fan of Paul George since day one.
PG was so underrated back then..
thanks for the video house of highlights this is my fav player ever😊😊
3:53 “lebron George”😂😂
2020 NBA CHAMP FINALS MVP
I’d be more afraid of thunder PG jus cuz he so smoove. Man’s really a 6’9” Kyrie.
This guy has 42 minutes of highlights.... in ONE season 🤯that’s insane bruh
Snapped his leg and stopped goin in reckless. He a better passer and shooter now tbh. Its a mental thing
Its fun being a superstar u til the critics start questioning your winning ability
Hes off the dribble game is BEAUTIFUL
PG is a taller and longer Kobe
GucciFlipFlops nah nigga Kobe is a shorter Paul George
Is that a statement?
Paul George is going to be my fav player in the nba after bron leaves
8Yrs Later PG Still invincible 🔥🔥🔥🔥
21:01 is one of the boldest and most badass NBA moment by far and still is.
facts
That was incredible 🙏☺️☺️
Hell yeah especially at first glance...slow everybody down, then have the audacity to pull it. Crazy
This was PG's last season before he suffered that gruesome leg injury in 2014, which I believe has affected his game to date. During this season, he led and carried the Pacers to a conference-leading 56-26 record, only to succumb in the Eastern Conference Finals to the much-talented and star-studded Heat in five games. Just the same, PG was a beast on both ends of the floor. Likewise, it cannot be denied that he was clutch and fun to watch. In fact, he literally toyed with the defense of the likes of Lebron, Kawhi, Jimmy Buckets, and Harden to name a few. I still believe PG could have won at least an MVP award had he not broken his leg. Be that as it may, PG's work ethic and determination to be able to still perform on a high level despite all the injuries is an inspiration to many. But, how quickly do we really forget this?
Pg before his injury was a top 5 player in the league. Hasn't been the same since.
100 percent an MVP caliber player he was unreal before the leg its sucks
"Watching this in 2024"
I miss those #24 pg pacers years those teams had me the most emotionally invested in my pacers
Miss this PG 24 🥲
Still watching 💪💪💪 July 16, 2022
Hell ya this is unforgettable for every NBA fans
I forgot how athletic he was
Thanks for this video man. I miss PG24. But still Love PG13 ❤
I can’t back to this video because I saw him do a 360 dunk at kawhi’s gym and I made think that this man really back 😈.
We will never get this version of himself ever again damn that horrific injury changed him🤦🤦
ikr
but actually he played much better just chokes in the playoffs but hes still hella mvp caliber
24 pg had the smoothest stepback ong
2:15 did he just say George Paul?🤦🏾♂️😂
He said “George falling away”
@@UrFavoriteDelinquent oh yeah I hear it now 😂
Could y’all please do Chris Paul highlights from the 2015 clippers season ? ❤️
Lots of teams make a lots of mistakes in the playoff this was playing a good team
My favorite player in the game. Dude is incredibly smooth with it!
He was so raw back then . His game is so much smoother now .
28:15 what a hard move
He literally had a career injury where he was breaking out to a superstar bro
Dope videos 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I loved this pg so much I bought a 24 yellow pacers jersey and still got it to this day
Whe he was with Pacers, before the broken leg in USA team, I thought he was gonna be the next Kobe Bryant. He got size, shooting, jump, dunk, handles, defensive awareness... damn George !
Crazy to think he legit snapped his leg in half & came back where he left put some respect on PG name
Most underrated player in the league.
i miss this Paul George 😔
Don’t, PG better now
can you do one on d-Wade 2008/09 he was a beast
I swear he plays like T Mac
kingeriq nah he’s himself. He has his own game.
kingeriq PG is more smooth and compact kind of rough but TMAC is aggressive he was expected to be better than Kobe type
Y’all must not know how tmac played. Pull up in ya face at the 3 like you ain’t shit, dunk on you, the speed, defense, the spots he works at are the exact same as tmac, and he’s 6’9” jus like tmac. I promise if tmac was still playing it would look like this.
kingeriq no it wouldnt. Tmac played like kobe. Didn’t give a shit how contested he is. He is the lesser version of kobe.
@@kingeriq naw you right on the money. He like tmac reincarnated
Man PG needa go back to the waves 💯
Great vid
When it’s all said and he wont get enough credit for the defense he played
SMOOTHNESS can't remove on PG even what tragedy will come... PG is PG can't change it
Pacers Paul George was invincible
Pg such a cutie ❤
