I need to start counting calories again. It's hard because I also work out in the field all day. So even after my hour-long workout, it is still 10-14 hours of physical labor and driving, and I am starving whenever I get home.

Biggest change for me is simply eating 2 meals a day. I always do lunch and dinner. The reduced frequency helps a lot in controlling calories.
