We really did went through a journey with all these songs today. Haha
What caught jeff's attention: lyrics from JAY B's, the video itself with Bambam's, and storyline for Yugyeom's. But concluding with GOT7 has such an amazing vocal line.
Jeff is me when i first listen to switch it up but believe it or not, you'll be singing along after listening to it more often.

Yes, these are all very much their colours and their style. We didn't know exactly what we'd get from BamBam, but riBBon just feels exactly BamBam.
Yugyeom did a bit of dancing in the mv for I Want You Around with Devita. BamBam has tons of dance practices up if you're interested in seeing the full dance at all
And BamBam and Yugyeom both did the Music Show circuit for their releases, so there is plenty of dancing videos to review. Can't wait to see you react to BamBam's dance practice for "riBBon" (which you were spot on with the wordplay of ribbon = reborn) and "Pandora" the b-side from his album that he performed in his showcase and on music shows. 2 very different songs, but both feel totally BamBam's style. He's so versatile.
Jeff welcome to JAY B's own music 🤣 theres a lot of JAY B's song on his soundcloud, I believe its still there you might want to check them out too. I highly recommend them, check RIDE and DEEPER. JAYB's unreleased solo songs are really good. JAYB is kinda giving you a shock but its just basic 😂

@@King_Jonghyun I never paid that much attention at that, that's true that I didn't see some of my favorite r&b artists on music shows but I don't know why I never thought of it. Do you think it's the artists who don't like to go or it's the shows who don't really invite them ?
@@isidnsl6651 I guess it's a combination of things. Usually khh/krnb songs are deemed not appropriate for broadcasting, that's why Jaebeom didn't get to perform Switch It Up on any shows, and also I think music shows are more of an "idol thing" and a lot of artists just don't like to be put in the same bag. It's nice to see this kind of crossover tho, Gray seemed to be enjoying himself a lot 😂
you should definitely check out the dance practices for bambam’s ribbon and pandora. he’s such an amazing dancer and the choreos are really good! i think you’ll love them

JayB is finally making his music... those who knew were already prepared. All of them are now free creatively.
Yugyeom wanted to focus on his singing more which he does have a unique voice so it’s nice to hear his vocals shine more than his dancing. All Your Fault has a little bit of dancing but it’s not hard just something vibey like Jay B dancing in Switch It Up.
But as an Ahgase I am very happy with all their solo releases that have come out and glad to see them thriving 💚.

The music they’ve all done is 100% them. I think bambam’s song was the most surprising because it was brighter than everyone thought but also incredibly fitting for his personality.
I would also suggest reacting to Yugyeom I want you around ft devita you’ll get a little bit of Yugyeom dancing but song is fireeee! Also bambam’s btrack Pandora is really great and has a dance practice version and everything
As an ahgase it’s amazing to see the boys venture off and do their solo stuff and the amount of attention and success they’ve received with these releases is also amazing! When G7 comes together later this year it’s going to be incredible to see what they put together now that no one is holding them back.

these releases was screaming their personality, jayb with his kinda mysterious and dark but actually a whole cotton ball and abt the lyrics its not that shockingly for ahgase bcs his songs ride and deeper (you should listen it) was have a same meaning vibes with switch it up, bambam with his extra (as you see tho) but actually its kinda unexpected for bambam doing this, and yugyeom was kinda expected bcs his soundcloud was sound kinda like that but this one is another level

Yeah it's a wild journey!! Jay B's song is extremely sexy haha and totally expected from him, his voice make it even sexier!! So glad to have the live clips because his live vocals are insane!
For Bambam yeah it is play between ribbon and reborn, I'm glad to have this colorful and happy concept it shows a lot his personality and is really catchy! I wasn't expecting something that hmmm sweet but something colorful for sure.
And Yugyeom I have a huge trauma with the song and video!! the story and the way they tell the story is so good, Yugyeom kinda crazy-bad boy is so cool! I really really love it!
He had a dance part in the performances and they also uploaded a short video on AOMG youtube channel, it is short but really cool, so short but so him. His vocals in the entire album are insane tbh
I think they all showed his style really good en each release I'm so happy and can't wait for the rest of the boys to release their albums!!! It's gonna be AMAZING!
I am going to be honest Bam bam I was not sure what he would do but it fits him. Jayb and yugyeom seemed close to who they are. I loved the different vibes of all three and all three songs are bangers.

Thanks so much for reacting to this!! :) I agree that these are very true to each members vibes: a sexy, chill r&b song for Jay B, a bright, fun song for Bambam and a vibey, old-school r&b song for Yugyeom. I just didn't expect Bambam's concept to be so cute but he totally nailed it! You should also check out Yugyeom's MV for I Want U Around ft. DeVita (there's some dancing there) and he has a performance video for All Your Fault as well. Bambam also has dance practices for riBBon and Pandora which are really cool. ;)
Thanks for your reaction.FYI JayB's song was denied on Korean TV because of the mature content. If you ask me it was VERY sensual. I am surprised it was blocked while songs by JYP like Not You Momma (which were more sexual and stalker creepy in their vibe than sensual) have been approved. Like you, the lyrics made me blush. While he is the "chic and sexy" member of GOT7, he is also totally adorkable as a person and very different on and off stage. Love the duality.
Bambam's is a total bop and he's my happy virus. His clothing is so on point, but in truth he could wear a plastic garbage bag and it would look like he stepped off the runway.
I love them all, but was least impressed with the vocal range of Yugyeom. I do tend to like R&B though so give him a break especially since the MV was super cool. Some of his other releases from this album have dance components so you might want to check them out too.
I'm streaming them all and have bought Bambam's album and have plans to get Yugyeom's. When JayB drops a physical album I will be at the front of the line to get as many versions as he releases.

Bambam's Ribbon was a surprise to all of us I think!! And he wanted to shock us all with a concept different than what we would expect.
Jay B's song is tbh pretty on brand with his Def and Offshore releases. And he really wanted to show that the music he will be doing from now on will be different than Got7's. He was pretty nervous when his song was released, but it's so goodddd

Jay B's is exactly what i thought he would put out as well as Yugyeom. Ribbon caught me off guard but the rest of Bam's album is exactly what i thought he would do. waiting for Jayb to come on with his album. both ribbon and point of view are no skip albums so proud of my babies

Jay B is my ult bias and I LOVED his album - Yugyeom shocked me with his album and I fell in LOVE with it INSTANTLY - I love RnB and hip-hop! BamBam's album is not my personal taste, but I still thought he did amazing and supported him through all of his successes this year! I LOVE GOT7! The only group I stan! 💚💚💚

The tune balanced the lyrics of All Your Fault. This MV really just tells a story, and it's just amazing vocals and good music.
I absolutely love all of their comebacks but I gotta say that Yugyeom's speaks to me the most. I love the aesthetic of the music video. I am always more of a darker concept fan and his honey voice makes it just perfect. Really a blessing to be an Ahgase right now. Thank you for these three reactions!

On the b sides they produced and their SoundCloud’s or songs they played live saying it was refused are really like each of their releases ! It’s totally them and what they used to make as b sides or songs that they said that were refused by their old label. It’s really obvious how now they’re so happy being free, they even promoted together especially bam bam and Yugyeom who managed to appear on music shows together and some programs too even with Youngjae that was also promoting for a Netflix show he is in. We got more fire ass content in 7 month that these past years lol. Told you a while ago to pay more attention to their songs especially b sides. You’re finally realizing now like a lot, that you missed a lot of dope ass music as they’re really complete artists either as solos or as a group. Last week they also met up to talk about a group comeback too.
GOT7 has indeed a great vocal line as even the rappers can hit such high notes. Can’t wait for what’s next and their group activities too. It might be sooner than you’d think lol.

As for Bam, even with the teaser photos, I wasn't expecting an upbeat song. It suited him so well tho!!! Jackson has always emphasized that GOT7 are composed of different colors and their solo works/activities are just a reflection of their individualistic styles. I think the analogy is very on point and their chemistry as a group just blends those colors together

To be honest this is the JayB I was expecting. He's a grown ass man, why can't he get into mature music. His solo was great. People are expecting non-adult version of Idols, while listening to english songs with mature lines. The hypocrisy is unmatchable.
