MV made in Italy, Ducati made in Thailand by Thai kids who didnt sleep all night speeding their heads off in the assembly line, so there is a big big difference in build quality with MV and Ducati

@@daviddavid-hq6xz I'm more than glad to concede the bikes made there today are modern reliable examples of great motorcycles. But anyone here NOT old enough to remember what got us here? I've owned/ridden Ducs for 35 years and even then know I missed the craziest days of shall we say, inconsistency of production? Personally, riding back from Laguna Seca and having all the F1's running lights flare up before they burned out as I sped down the freeway at 2 in the morning was a small right of passage - I loved that bike and the clutch plates that squealed every thousand miles or so : )

@@duc899 I'm not sure how to react to this, having logged about 35,000 miles on a much more "modern" 2007 1098 purchased amidst promises of its new generation reliability and longer service intervals. In the end, it spent no less than half of its life in the shop, sometimes for weeks and even months at a time (!) with more than one dealer not having any idea how to fix it. It sure looked beautiful, but never, ever again. I now find greater beauty in Japanese reliability.

MV’s are a boutique, exclusive brand that really wants to make you smile. You can ride a Honda or Yamaha but they are on every corner with their Harley brothers. Great review.. For me tft screen it's a must have on the motorcycle. They're so much nicer to look at and improves the riding quality.
Seeing old school dash after tft it's like having old nokia again instead of modern smart phone.
So don't understand how people can prefer uglier and less functional dash.

Because your not supposed to be looking at your screen when your riding! You’re head should be up and alert to your surroundings, occasionally glancing @ your “gauges” using peripheral vision! TFT displays take some time to disseminate, and draws your focus in with useless information, you can’t help but fittle with!!
This is the only real drawback to the totally awesome BMW S1000rr M-Package!! It’s not the bike... it’s you!! (me too!!)🤷‍♂️

I have ridden many bikes with TFT and without and I don't feel like the TFT dash is distracting me even opposite is true It's much easier and faster to read the information from the TFT dash because it's bigger and clearer also, the dash adjust itself for different lighting.

I was wondering if you suggest the MV Agusta F3 800 or the 675 as a second bike for the track? It's not just you, it should feel scary. That's why you take classes and get in as much track time as possible. Learning from experts away from traffic is the best (and safest) way to go fast.

@@scottholthouse6004 hey man 60° lean angle is a whole lot, like it really is a lot. You should on one side be proud of yourself i guess but also i want to kind of warn you that those kind of lean angles arent the best idea on the street because its still so unpredictable. Weather, road conditions, dirt, leaves and all sorts of stuff make me scared of going even close to 60° of lean angle so yeah, ride safe

C'mon man.... you're a TH-cam star-ish so spend some of that sponsor $ and put these bikes on appropriate tires so you can feel them not be at the mercy of the OEM tires. CF wheels will make the MV feel much lighter, THEN make it lighter. BTW, the MV is a 20+ year old design. Why don't all sportbike have backward spinning cranks like the MV?
