We must plan agricultural production properly. Over supply can be just as devastating as low or no production. Over supply must be taken by the government in order to give farmers a profitable price. The government can develop an agricultural industrial sector. This is already started with the tomato paste factory. PLANNING MUST BE A PRIORITY.
Why haven't the CIA deposed him yet ? As an American tax-payer, (actually I'm British really,) I demand to know. Someone is not doing their job, what do we pay these people for ? Seriously though I regard this as brilliant.
He must be advised to avoid socialist communal farming. Land and imputes must be distributed on loans only to individuals to avoid corruption and mismanagement of resources. He must learn from the mistakes of the USSR and China.
