    Results day can bring a mixture of emotions that can be hard to navigate, so feeling worried about receiving your exam results is only natural.
    There are a few things you can do to settle your nerves. Practising self-care will help you relax and unwind. Talking to your friends and family can be a great way to distract yourself, but if you can’t fully switch off, think about what you want your next steps to be regardless of your results.
    Whether you’re celebrating your achievements, dealing with comparison or feeling a little disappointed, remember this is just a step on your journey.
