I’m a lesmills instructor and these videos are what we use to learn the choreography to teach in gyms and it drives me nuts trying to learn it when the instructor changes mid track.

My gym wasn’t open and I got married the same year so I had to do workouts from home with my laptop. It was buffering while doing pump so it was pausing lol. I have a smart tv now so hopefully that’s better. Much cheaper than a gym membership, I was paying for 2 year and didn’t even go. Love their classes and some instructors though.

les mill on demand + polar bear app + plus polar watch or polar hr strap or arm sensor is better...polar beat app can pair with magene hr strap...and have all workout of less mill ready on app...

Gyms in America do teach Les Mills programs. I can say that pre-COVID when I frequented the YMCA, they offered a lot of Les Mills classes.
