Hi, what mods have you done on the TL 1000 R cause that thing flys. I’ve recently bought one. I’ve had the S TRE fitted and it’s got ART cans that’s all it’s had done. It’s the best bike I’ve ever owned in the last 28 years of riding.
Hey Mark. The S is mine, the R is a friend's. I never give the S the full beans as I don't want to stress her. I kinda go 80%. I know people say don't hold back but I've had her from new so I'm very attached 😁
@@WhiteLineRacer yeah he certainly knows his stuff cause that thing flys. Mine is quick but not that quick. His looks on the same level of acceleration as a generation 1 hayabusa to 160mph😮. I must say your TL is one of the best I’ve seen it sure is a beauty👌 you need a medal for only riding it 80% they are so addictive not to open them up fully. I thought those engines are supposed to be bullet proof and they can take a lot of abuse without stressing them. that’s what I heard about the R anyways. Most of the time I ride mine easy and occasionally give it a good thrash when I know the police aren’t around😂
A nice video but is sound like when your uo in the revs the clutch is slipping a bit mine is doing the same at the mo had mine 16 yrs a tls and does sound like at top it's slipping the revs go up too quickly for me but the power of the dark side lol love mine

My friends R is a bit special. The owner Miro is a technician from bike specialists and knows his stuff.
He's on some TL Facebook boards. TL1000 R/S Fanatics and TL1000 Preservation Society I think.
