How to Replace Headlight Bulb and Adjust Beam on KTM Duke 200 390

- A quick and easy guide on how to replace the headlight bulb on your KTM Duke 200 or 390. We also go through the steps required to adjust the headlight beam to optimize the light.
I am replacing it with a Philips X-Treme Vision H4 12V 60/55w bulb. Stick to manufacturers recommended specifications to avoid issues of melting holders and discolouring reflectors. This bulb is about 20-30% brighter than the stock bulb.

+2UpTrails hey I am unsatisfied with my pulsar rs 200 projector headlights can I replace the headlights bulb with Rc390's bulb?? if not which other 55/65w bulb should I use(do I have to use 2 different bulbs for both high beam and low beam? and which one?
Try a good bulb if your bike doesn't already have one. Check the holder type and look for a high end Philips or Osram one like the one I used here. If the headlight assembly and reflector on the Pulsar RS200 are well designed, this bulb will fix things for you. Else, look at good LED auxiliary lights lights.

tomcan48 bro philips x-treme are much cheaper than PIAA and piaa are costed around 40 $ philips are done great job and cost are only 12$
