Cucumbers - 2 kg.
Tomatoes - 1.5 kg.
Sweet pepper - 1.5 kg.
Hot pepper - 2 pcs.
Onion - 700 g.
Parsley - 2 bunches.
Salt (coarse) - 2.5 tbsp.

Я такой салат делаю почти каждый год, но в домашних условиях и подвале храниться не будет без уксуса. Я в каждую банку добавляю по 1 - ой столовой ложке уксуса и на дно банки вливаю по 1- ой ст.ложке прокипяченного растительного масла, а все остальное приготовлением также как в данном рецепте. Действительно получается очень вкусно, зимой такое салатик просто объединение.
Я такий салат готую вже років 45, без оцту, зберігається дуже добре, навіть в кімнаті. Дуже смачний.😊
Красиво и главное без сахара и уксуса. Конечно это вкусно. Спасибо за рецепт. Россия, Подмосковье.
