Aunt Susan's Garden - Adding Budget Hostas to the Woodsedge Garden

October is a great time to save on perennials, shrubs, and trees. In this video, I'm adding several hostas to a new garden bed I added this summer tucked up next to the woods.

I would love to have hosta in my yard but the deers eat them. I think that I will plant a lot of them along with some ferns to throw them off.

So far the deer have left mine mostly alone. Fingers crossed it stays that way! I think the 10 acre field that is farmed behind me might be helping me out.
