This device is the same configuration like it's litle brother Redmi 13C.It is basicly enlarged version of Redmi 13C.
@@borisblagojevic571 just the processor. Storage, cameras on the 13c are different but I get what you mean as in it's part of that same family
this the tablet for me :) good refresh rate, good battery, 4g, expandable storage, lezgooo netflix :) (not a gamer btw so stop making your argument about cpu and gpu).
If your not a gamer then yes it's a really good functional tablet for most
You can play standoff 2 in 90fps no lag
Already bought this tablet everything is good enough, I just use for youtube, google map, and some steam link or parsec for gaming
I got 4g with 6gb ram
That's great to hear
Xiaomi use to sell 8 inch tablets under the Xiaomi Pad brand and it has a better screen then most tablets around this price range. The 8 inch space is weird in a way that they deliberately crippled their performance and specs to not cannibalize their smartphone sales, which if true is pretty dumb IMO. I wish 8 inchers has slightly better performance and display for once
Great points I think the iPad mini is am example that you can buy smaller tabs with good performance and people will buy them. To browse. To watch. To read. To carry. All those are easier on an 8" or 8.9".
can you move apps from internal storage to memory card?
Only certain apps that don't require access to onboard storage. There won't be many like this
@ thank you!!!
@dongsadventure3050 my pleasure
Bro, thx for the video, i have Q , i want to get this for word and PowerPoint, i want to get 6gb version, can it run them smoothly?
It will run those fine
How big is the difference with a smartphone with a 6.7-inch screen diagonal? Does it make sense to take this tablet to watch movies if I already have a smartphone. Thanks in advance for your answer
It will be a plus just for the extra 2.2" display yes and it is significant in terms of viewing etc
@@nowthentechThat is, you can safely recommend this tablet as an addition to your smartphone?
theres a 6/128 4g version of SE 8.7 :) still looking for it though
In the UK it has already been released
Aliexpress has them and I just posted one for sale on ebay.
Thanks for sharing that. Does it have a valid UK warranty if it's needed?
@@nowthentech
I'm in the US no idea but willing to bet Xiaomi warranty will cover it. Sure hope so since I'm keeping one - and the odds of failure are really low
@jaykaufman6139 yeah for sure. My experience with Xiaomi CS has been great to be fair. Fingers crossed it's not needed
A version of 6GB RAM is available in some markets
I notice that on the Xiaomi UK website they link it with a basic rubber stylus, so perhaps the penal 2.0 and other handwriting stylii won't be recognised.
I believe the tipped ones can somehow replicate that. When I've looked online some have used it
Hows battery ? And also ott apps play on this properly ?
Battery life is good not great but impacted by the 90hz display for sure. Most apps are fine but if you use anything that uses a lot processing power then it will slow down and struggle
Does it come with a sim slot?
Yes you can get a 4G version of this tablet that supports a SIM card
Tell me, what about this official stylus? I can't find any information about it anywhere.
It's a generic stylus not official
does it have fingerprint sensor?
No it doesn't
There is a 6 GB RAM version but it's only available in Asia.
Ha typical.
I have that one. @@nowthentech
@@nowthentechit's available in Europe too.
@sligit dang when did that happen
4:52 I have the 8gb ram, 128gb storage version.
Sick. I don't see it available here in the UK. How's you finding it
@nowthentech Sorry, I mean the 6gb it is on amazon for £124.
@waelzaki4370 just seen it. Amazing deal. Especially when you compare it to the Samsung equivalent too
@@nowthentech Sure, plus it supports 4g connectivity.
I bought the Redmi Pad SE 8.7", 4G, 6+128GB.
Inside the menu, you can set 2, 4, 6GB of internal storage into ram, making it a maximum 6+6GB ram. This will make the Pad running more smoothly.
Bro I'm thinking your Indian
Im from Pakistan.
the jittering is just a deal breaker for me
Dont buy it if u want to use split screen on this pad, f stupid hyper os
What's the highest resolution for Netflix? Full HD?
You can get 4k on compatible TVs. Never seen it on a tablet myself but it does mean a higher subscription level too
Netflix L1
PS I did buy the 6 gigabyte
Amazing. Where from? Xiaomi UK has only 4GB option last we looked
