The Miss Saigon: 25th Anniversary Performance is a filmed production of the musical Miss Saigon for its 25th anniversary, performed live at London's Prince Edward Theatre, in London's West End on September 22, 2014.
It includes the 2-hour 20-minute production and a 30-minute "25th Anniversary Gala" featuring members the original West End cast, Jonathan Pryce, Lea Salonga and Simon Bowman performing with the current West End cast.

Because she deserves credit but isn't mentioned in the caption, Rachelle Ann Go is the performer who starts the song. Then, Eva Noblezada takes over and finishes the song.

@@maximilianc9897 Isay was great as Gigi but Rachelle is untouchable. Isay couldn't sing the way Rachelle sings. Rachelle used her full voice here which Isay wasn't able to do in her younger years as Gigi.

Gigi is actually a very complicated role because she is literally the support that would make Kim shine.
In this one song, she has to gather all the attention of the audience as her rightful claim to being crowned "Ms. Saigon" and then dim her presence as Kim enters as if Kim is just naturally the star and not because of Gigi's assist of throwing the audience's attention to her.
Gigi is my favorite character in the musical especially the OG Isay Alvarez, and this is my favorite song 💗

This speaks volumes about the sheer abundance of world-class talent in the Philippines. Our performers don’t just meet international standards--they redefine them. The fact that a global production like Miss Saigon turns to the Philippines for its top talent is a testament to the excellence, versatility, and artistry of Filipino performers.
The Vietnamese didn’t like this musical, so most of them wouldn’t bother to audition.
Miss Saigon is considered racist and has been for a while now reason why they wouldn't bother to audition.
This is so cringe. We Filipinos are talented of course, but please do some research on why the Vietnamese won't bother to audition in this musical. Though it was not the intention of the producers to offend, this musical comes off as offensive to Vietnamese people, especially as this musical came out less than 15 years after the Vietnam War. We as foreigners are not in a position to judge the Vietnamese why they find this offensive. Plus sobrang cringe na ng proud to be pinoy comments, most musical composers are actually Jewish (ex: Claude Michel Schonberg, Stephen Sondheim, Stephen Schwartz, Leonard Bernstein, Richard Rodgers), yet we don't see them saying "proud to be jewish" even though musical creating and composing is more difficult than singing.
watched this cast at the broadway revival and OMG this song was so emotionally wrenching, very much to the credit of both rachelle and eva. they are both startlingly good.
