lol for real I was considering moving to Arizona but I'm from Texas I would be trading one fire pit state for the next. I just can't do the desert life at least here we have endless amounts of grassy lands, trees for days, depending on where you live you get a little bit of winter. But I still plan to visit Arizona and all its major cities some day.

Nice spacious home can do a lot w/the land pool & couple of one & two bedrooms single story homes w/ private entrance for inlaw & close family member (s). Income property to help pay that million dollar mortgage.😀

Unless you're a horse/farm animal owner, living near an area zoned for horse properties may sound great until you're trying to enjoy your outdoor spaces. The plentiful amounts of flies sharing your outdoor spaces will provide a constant annoyance. The white house color also seems to be the current trend. I'm seeing more of them being built out here in the west valley. But what's making me worried is the price. My home, not too far from this one, built in '08 is larger than this one and has a current valuation of 1.1M. It's a custom home with high-end fixtures but it's nowhere near as modern on the inside as this one. If I were a buyer at this price point, I would go with the newer looking home. And buyers at this price point have more options. All of which to say is that it looks like I'll have to sink a couple hundred grand in updates to remain competitive if I decided to sell. But with my 2.25% mortgage rate, selling doesn't appear to be in my immediate future. lol

This is waddell which is a little small town outside of Phoenix... We have super beautiful homes all throughout the valley❤
