watching people use amiibos on speedruns is more boring though compared to the speedruns where they don't use amiibos, and they strategically know where the hearty radishes are, etc., on their way to the castle.

247MrNiceguy Lol i died about 500 Times against him but in the DLC you have to fight them all again eventually and I beat it first time. Maybe I was more experienced? Yeah but Thunderblight is a pain especially compared to the other blights and even The end bosses. Kohga was harder though lol

*run* , get spears, arrows are bae, cryonis, bows are also bae, USE STASIS, D O N O T F A L L, dont move a lot it will end you( in the second phase), D O N O T S W I M U N L E S S N E E D E D, food is bae too, shoot the fucker in the eye.
My advice is to just spam bomb and shock arrows at him like a boss and try to get yellow hearts

In my first play through of the game, I somehow got to Ganon without even knowing you had to fight the blights again
well you dont have to fight them "again" if you already beat them in the divine beasts then they wont be in the castle
Even in 2019 this is still a really great game, can't wait to play it tho

You shouldn't have to feel like you need to justify to anyone on using the Amiibos. It was a feature in the game that you decided to use. It's not cheating nor did you hack into the game to gain an advantage. If people can get by without using them, cool more power to them. However don't feel like, or be pressured by others in thinking your doing anything wrong by using your Amiibos.
I agree but people have tried to call me out on pretty much anything for cheating before. Have to make every little decision I make clear for the nit pickers out there. lol
Speedruns: Ah yes, glitching and sequence breaking is completely fair.
Also speedruns: WHAT USING A FEATURE THAT YOU GET IN GAME UNFAIR UNFAIR
No shame in using Amiibos in this game, if you ask me...; admittedly, I'm still VERY early on(just made it to Hateno), but I have 4 dozen or so Animal Crossing Amiibo cards that =work= with this game...made it RAIN ingredients! :D

When I started playing Breath Of The Wild and started to take on the bosses of the Divine Beasts, I did realize that only a couple of those versions of Ganon are weak to certain elements. For example, Waterblight Ganon is weak to ice. If you can stock up on ice arrows before taking on Waterblight Ganon, you'll have a much easier time defeating it. I took down Waterblight Ganon just with ice arrows alone. I just kept hitting it and watching its movements so I can dodge any attacks it throws at me. For Windblight Ganon, I tried using shock arrows, but those didn't work so well. I switched to using bomb arrows and defeated it very easily with those. Again, I just watched it for its movements and took cover when it was about to attack me. Thunderblight and Fireblight Ganon to my knowledge have no elemental weaknesses.

I defeated WaterBlight well with electricity. I defeated FireBlight with Ice Arrows. I defeated WindBlight with Bomb Arrows as you did. With Thunderblight ,I only used my normal weapons.
Yup I had about 30 when I went in and already had a ton of items thia was cauae I already did like 38 shrines and at one point forgot about the main quest

Depends on category. The current record from starting new game to defeating Ganon in Master Mode with no Amiibos is 45:37 while using Amiibo is basically 45 minutes flat.
Bladud FPV no. There is a 39 minute one.
That's on normal mode. Master mode is a separate category.
