Throwback to the NASCAR Thunder 2004 style career mode with buying different types of cars for different types of tracks. NT2004 has the best career mode and I’m sooo happy they modeled this career mode after that.
I like that you can skip a series you are not interested in. And all the details you can modify. And like you having the name printed on the vehicle is awesome!
One thing I noticed is that at 21:00, if you are playing online, have a bad car, and stay out long enough until your tires pop, you could easily do that and emerge ahead of the field in order to gain easy positions and have a better fuel strategy. I'm only saying this because I know 704 Games developers read the comments and hopefully something like this could be prevented by A) sending the car that was the reason for the caution to the rear of the field or, B) make tire popping less likely to happen

@Iron Man Wow thats a long wait man, My birthday is coming up on the 20th of September I think I will have enough to get Heat 4.. If not I will have to wait another month while I watch others play the game. I hope you don't actually have to wait until Christmas to get it.
Issue is not speed. It is handling. Plus you never can full throttle the turns. Also custom set ups will be key for every race. Also running full races without stages will set up better results.

@@jfavignano He is a playoff driver in Trucks and won at Daytona. As well as got into an on track altercation with Johnny Sauter at Iowa. If you followed the truck series AT ALL you would know who he is.

Really curious if the "race for a team using a custom car" is fixed. It would default you to a manufacturer and sponsor that didn't always match the team. I.e. the rheem Chevrolet on Team Penske
Why select the one sponsor that pays well in just the start but pays poor per race? The other one paid more with what they offered per race, you got to look at things like that!
How come you didn't check the join a team options to see what rating trucks and teams you could join. And honestly who would want to start their own team right off the bat and race in the back for a whole season
The quality of life changes from people talking to you to now rolling scripts and photostock images is pretty sad. Feels like a 2005 game intro. No immersion.
